If I could leave a 0 for a rating I would. I had the craziest experience I've ever had at a restaurant. So I went inside and used the kiosk to order my food. I asked the kid at the register to have them cook my chicken fresh. He said ok, immediately went to the back, and I assumed that's what he did. But just a minute later, the manager, Samara, had my food. I asked her if my chicken was cooked fresh, and she said no. I informed her that I asked the kid at the register to let them know that I'd like it to be fresh. The kid stood there like a deer caught in headlights, and Samara literally snatched my bag off the counter and yelled to the back, yes literally yelled for the cook to make a cooked-to-order chicken sandwich. Then she proceeds to literally throw my bag with the rest of my food on the counter and said "you can have the rest of your food until your sandwich comes up". I was shocked at her demeanor. I said "no ma'am! I don't want my food to get cold. You can take this and bring everything out at the same time". She ignored me. I said "excuse me, please take my bag and bring everything out at the same time." STILL ignoring me, I said "excuse me? Hello?? Excuse me?" I said this many times. Finally she walks up to me and tells me to get out or she's calling the police. I was so shocked! I never raised my voice, never even a cuss word. All I wanted was fresh food. So I said "I'll leave as soon as you get my food." She said "I'm not getting you anything. I'm calling the police." I said "ok, I'll wait right here." So I figured that as the situation was escalating to a level of insanity for no legit reason, it would probably be a good idea to grab my phone and start recording. So I went back out to my truck and grabbed my phone. I came back inside and just stood at the counter, recording. Didn't say a single word. After about 7 minutes, she comes around the corner and sees me and once again yelled at the back for them to call 911. I'm standing there, waiting, hoping to just get my food so I can leave this insanity. But nope! Then she comes to the front and yells in the lobby of sitting guests and waiting customers that the lobby is now closed, as she's locking all the doors. I'm standing there watching and recording her do all this in utter disbelief. At one point I did tell her "lady, you're gonna lose your job over a chicken sandwich". Then, to add icing to this many layers of this cake of insanity she starts telling me how she was assaulted a month ago and how she afraid for her safety, while she's literally standing in my face. I said "lady, that has nothing to do with me. I just want my food so I can go." In the mean time a employee brought her the phone with 911 on the line. She tells 911 that I'm "verbally assaulting" her. Which was a complete lie. So I'm standing there and standing there. Then I hear "order up for cooked to order crispy chicken." One of the employees was about to bag my food when Samara tells him to not bag my food. After 17 minutes of video, I cut it off and walk outside to call corporate. While I was talking to corporate the Police actually showed up. So I walked over to talk to them. Samara had me TRESPASSED. I called corporate 3x asking for someone to please call me about this incident. But no one has called. I have never in my life had a run-in with the police, never any kind of restraining order or trespass or anything. But here I am, 55 years old, with a trespass order against me. I'm disgusted beyond words. Enter this stye at your own risk because it's managed by a mentally unstable woman named Samara. Oh and I never got my food OR a refund. **UPDATE I heard from the District Manager and they are going to handle the situation. I was appalled to find out that Samara lied and told people that I threw things at her and was trashing the store. None of that happened. Thank God I got video to cover myself. Video sent to...
Read more$50 worth of food was messed up or missing. Missing 3 sandwiches. Chicken sandwich was messed up. Fries were disgustingly cold, we didn't touch them. Mobile order ahead still had to wait forever, it was busy and we understand that but you would think the fries at least would be fresh and hot since we had to wait for them. When we called to ask for a refund since our appetites were gone and half our food was missing and we were not about to go back up there in a worsening snowstorm, first off the manager answered and all she says is "mcstop". No hello, thanks for calling, no name given, no proper customer service greeting. As someone who's worked customer service for over 10 years this was an extremely rude way to answer the phone. When I tried to complain about the order she blames it on the store being busy and "mistakes happen". Hung up on me when I said I wanted a refund. My husband called again and was told to drive up there for our refund. Yeah not happening in this weather and when they were "so busy". Likely would not have been given a refund anyway. Called corporate and got our refund that way. Needless to say we will not be giving this place our business ever again. Disgusting store, disgusting customer service, disgusting cold old food. It's not like you're saving much money eating here anyway since they've gotten so ridiculously expensive. Head up the road a little ways and order from one of the local restaurants. Way better and you'll actually get what...
Read moreThe service here was HORRIBLE !! There was a blonde haired manager up front mismanaging and trying to cook food, take care of drive thru, and trying to take care of the front register with people waiting. She finally came and took my order for an iced coffee that I needed to finish my trip on I94 to Fargo. She then tells the couple behind me that she would be right with them and goes back to making fries and packaging food. After a while I inquired about my coffee. She said that she was taking care of orders before mine. I then asked her why she didn't have someone come help her as I needed to get back on the road. She proceeded to snap on me and rudely dropped everything and went to the register and said that she was giving me a refund. I told her that I didn't want a refund, and that I needed my coffee to finish my business trip. Then she went into full temper tantrum mode when I told her that and ordered me to put my debit card back in. When I refused she gave me my refund in cash. Right after that another young lady came up and I asked if she was also a manager. She was so I told her what happened and that I needed my coffee. She made my coffee wrong, then remade it correctly, and handed it to me. She was short with me the whole time and never once offered me an apology for the way that I was treated. All that I did was ask why I wasn't getting the service that I get at every other McDonald's that I go to all over the...
