I want to start off with a positive in saying the burgers were good. Now let’s get into the negatives, first of all they were not very busy at all but we stood at the front door for about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us, we ordered an appetizer of cheese curds and our meal. The meal took probably about 30 minutes to come out and they had completely forgot about the cheese curds, I let them know and they said they would give us a discount and they said they were sorry so we tried to just move on. We thought it would be a few more minutes and then we would get our cheese curds but no, we finished our entire meal before we even got the cheese curds, we were already ready to leave before they arrived but we still waited and tried 2 or 3 because we were already full from our meal hoping that the discount would be worth the wait, just for whenever we got the bill for it to have a 1 dollar off discount of our 12 dollar cheese curds and our 50 dollar meal. We couldn’t enjoy the curds at all because of their constant mistakes with them just for them to give us a slap in the face discount, if I would’ve known how small the discount was I would have told them to cancel it completely. This was unacceptable. I get it may have been an employee discount but still. Along with the whole cheese curds debacle, all of our tater tot’s were not even warm at the slightest and my son’s grilled cheese was cold. A pretty horrible experience from a place that seems to have so much potential. I hate to leave such a bad review for a place like this but whenever you mess up someone’s order and experience this bad you have to do better than just giving them a dollar from the 50 they spent, that’s...

Read moreRecommended! I NEEDED a burger. Traveling on I44 I saw several billboards advertising this place. I decided to check out the location in St. James. Upon my arrival, commercial trucks were not allowed to park on the street across from the restaurant. I went around the block...no problem. As I entered I was greeted by Nikki and Payton, seated by Payton in the large room to the left in solitude. Everyone else was in the front dining area laughing and having a great time, there was plenty of room for me. I asked Payton why she was seating me away from Everyone else, she stated I looked like I might be a problem, and then quickly seated me up front with everyone else. Nikki was my server, and was just as friendly as Payton. I got picked on throughout the meal. I had a sweet tea, cheese curds (which I had never had before, it turns out this is the same thing as mozzarella sticks), bacon and bleu cheese 1/2 pound burger with onion rings, and a piece of warm butter cake? My favorite part of the meal were the onion rings along with the interactions with Nikki and Payton. The burger comes as stated on the menu, if you want a pickle or mayo etc. You need to ask for it. Will be back, next time with supervision...aka my beautiful bride...
