Burger King — Restaurant in St. James

Me and my wife went to this establishment today not only did we sat in line for 45 minutes in the drive-through and the girl on the headset explained that she was the only one working to every car that pulled up to the intercom to order. We ordered our food not getting what we wanted but getting what we thought would be easier on the one employee working. We had coupons to use for the meal that we have had gotten. Got to the window to show her. Her exact words were you’re going to use that right now I will have to re-ring you guys up in order for you to use this. Left the window and came back and said would you like me to re-ring it to make things easier on her again we just paid cash did not use our coupons we said thank you after her handing us our drinks not one time did she say you’re welcome or anything back just completely ignored us for a 2nd time. At one point we heard her threaten the car in front of us that she would be the next to walk out. We finally got our food and said thank you and for a third time was ignored again. The meals we got were a whopper add bacon with mayo and pickle and tomato only on it then we got another whopper meal without bacon with mayo and pickle and tomato on it chicken fries that was a nine piece french fries and we got drinks with all three meals our total was $28.12. After getting home we tried our burgers the tomato was better on our burger and the meat had a funny taste so $30 later needless to say we couldn’t even eat her food I think the meat we got was bad and the tomatoes. I'm only giving this one star because I have to in order to give a review. My experience was awful. I went through drive through and ordered the 2 for $10 whopper meal. I then said both drinks will be two sweet teas..Then I asked for a hot fudge sundae. She said would you like anything else? I said yes a Carmel one too. I pull up to drive thru and she hands me a hot fudge Sundae 1 sweet tea and a Carmel frappe. She looks at me and says yes? I said I didn't get my tea and I didn't order this I wanted a sundae. She then with an attitude says well you said Carmel. Do you want me to fix it? Yes please, I said. She's like okay do you want a refund? I say yes. She walks off rolling her eyes. They then fix it. I then get home my sundaes melted, and my food cold. Least of my worries. I open the bag to find one fry and one burger, NOT TWO. I then go back up there and the same girl Lexi gets on and says you ordered the number 1 then asked for my receipt after she took it and didn't give it back the first time. She gets it out and shows me the receipt and I was like okay but that's not what I asked for can I speak to the manager. The manager told me he could give me fries and a burger but no drink, fine okay I live down the street I can get something at home. As I'm eating thier oversalted cold fries and cold burger I go to get napkins neither bag had one napkin in it. I WON'T GO BACK. I only live a few blocks away but this experience was enough for me...

I didn't even wanna give em any stars,if your not from St James or live in St James I suggest you eat somewhere else I hardly go to this location only every other month just because they're is no options in St James other than sonic, McDonald's,burger king but I just left there and we was the only ones in line so he could've took his time to make the food right after all he is a manager but as always since the pandemic no matter what u order they'll have you pull forward so they can "make" your food.today I ordered 2bacon kings and a medium fry and he had us pull forward and not even 5mins later he came and bought me my food only to find out the fries was half done and to greasy from him not letting it drain properly the fry holder and bag was ripping through from all the grease and my sandwiches was not only raw in the middle,the bacon was so old n burnt that it didn't have a flavor just taste like how it looked black n burnt.this location always get away with messing up orders they dont even give you good customer service no hi no please pull forward or no thank yous I only give em a chance every now n then because I live in St James but I won't ever spend anything in that...
