China One — Restaurant in St. Joseph

Worst experience ever. We called and ordered at 5:00pm. They said our food would be done in 15 minutes, we get there 5 minutes after calling. I go in while my mom waits in the car. I wait 10 minutes and 2 people got their orders before me which, I didn't mind. But then another 35 minutes go by and my mom walks in asking what's taking so long. They say 5 more minutes. So my mom goes back out to the car and I still wait. 10 more minutes go by and she comes back in. She says, "I want my money back." They proceed to ignore then after my mom repeats herself 3 more times, they say things about us in a different language. We get our money back and they wasted 50 wontons because it took them an hour when it should've taken 15 minutes....

Pleasantly surprised by the extremely convenient & user friendly online ordering system they use..when I arrived, my order was just being completed & was on time. Both ladies were very welcoming & courteous. They were pleased that I liked their website so much & gave me extras for the compliment. I see a post about rudeness over the phone & I doubt that's the case at all..more of a language barrier & someone being over sensitive, no offense guy..but that's probably why they want the online ordering to take off more, & it should...& most importantly, they are hands-down, the best Chinese food in 200 miles from here!! I'll only be going there...

Friends that live in or closer to St. Joe have been recommending this restaurant to me for awhile now and finally decided to give it a try on some takeout. I can't believe I did try this place sooner, the food was made incredibly fast from the time I placed my order and was still steaming by the time I got back home on 20 minute round trip. The food was exceptionally delicious without a doubt! The Mongolian Chicken with a little bit of spice will have me coming back sooner than later.
