Burger King — Restaurant in St. Louis

Worst bk experience ever and that is saying a lot. Stood at the register in front of cashier without her saying anything for like 3-4minutes. Eventually figured out she was waiting on the manager from the last order, but didn't bother to say anything to me. I asked for the $6 chicken sandwich meal from the window and she says you want the 2 for 6? I said no and eventually had to go look at the window to tell her it was the "bk box meal". She asks me if I want the chocolate chip cookies and I ask what my options are and she says they only have chocolate chip cookies. I go to the drink station and half the options were empty including all fanta. I tried vanilla root beer and got 10% in my cup before it quit. I then tried cherry coke and it gave me diet. I finally asked for them to fill my cup which took a few minutes to get a person to aknowlege I was standing there. There are two managers & at least 5 staff members behind the counter. In the meantime another manager asks "did you have a chicken sandwich meal" and plops a bag down when I say yes. Immediately turns around and ignores me. The other manager comes back with my drink and also immediately ignores me. I just want a ranch and the cookies they forgot. Finally I get their attention and go sit down. I open my bag and I can see the chicken is black through the wrapper ( I thought they had given me a burger by mistake). I open it and it is burnt to he'll. I have to take it back up again being ignored for a while and trade it for a whopper. Never...

FOR MANY VISITS: This store IS the best overall fast food establishment in North Saint Louis (my opinion). They are not always going to be lightning-fast... that is not their forte... their grip is in the VALUE overall. The order is always right, and always GREAT. Since COVID... many different directions were taken by various establishments in order to adapt. Frankly, having managed fast-food myself, this BK has the "winning-approach". I refer to what I call "no-nonsense service". It means these folks are not going to try to dazzle you with un-genuine corporate scripting tactics or fake smiles... and they are NOT gonna put up with any B.S. ... however, if you just want good food that is worth the money... these folks RUN THAT GAME better than anyone. Don't give 'em lip, they'll dish it right back... (and I LOVE EM for that!!!). Treat these folks right, they will give ample reason to come back AGAIN and AGAIN. (this review covers probably fifty or sixy visits over the last six years if not more). Burger KING near the highway of KINGS is the fast-food KING!!! 5-stars! I love you all at this...

If you are WHITE, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I am a truck driver, picking up across the street. I walked over to get dinner, against the advice of people who worked where I was picking up. I was polite and friendly to the employee who took my order. When I got back to my truck and unwrapped my chicken sandwich, it was like a dogs toy, like rubber….imagine a chicken sandwich that was left on a plate for several days. It was literally cold and it could not be torn in half. I offered it to my dog, and he completely rejected it. Do not, as a white person, get food from a place that is entirely staffed by black people. They don’t like us, and this is what we get. They all watched me as I walked out, like they were thinking, “yeah, cracker….enjoy that sandwich…” I did eat the fries, as I watched the worker pull the from the fryer...
