I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional, disrespectful and total lack of customer service displayed to my wife and myself less than 1 hour ago by your employee. We came to your establishment for the first time in many years despite living right around the corner from this store. We stopped coming here before because we found the service to be lacking and rude. But none-the-less we reluctantly decided on this evening to give them one more chance and immediately regretted the decision. We entered the drive thru at approximately 9:35 pm and was greeted with “have a good evening.” I proceeded to speak my order into the speaker and was given no reply. I called out several times (at least 7 or eight) Hello? Hello? Did you get my order? Again no reply. I then honked the horn of my vehicle a few quick toots at first and then after about 30 seconds several long sustained hunks again no answer. I then pulled up to the side of the building and honked the horn for over 5 minutes and no one answered. It should be noted that there were no cars in front nor behind me during the 10 minutes that I tried to place my order. I then double parked my vehicle in the drive-thru, got out of my car and went into the restaurant. I asked the young lady (who was skinny and wearing a green shirt) why did she not answer my constant persistent calls and horn. She stated that she was not working the drive thru. I then asked who was and she yelled into the back of the store and a heavy set woman came out who was wearing a red shirt. Who said she was a manager. I asked her name but I can’t remember what she said. I asked why she had not answered my call nor horn to which she stated in a loud abusive tone “ I asked you for your order twice, when you did not answer I turned off my mic and went in the back.” I stated then you admit you knew there was a car in the drive thru and chose not to wait for my order. She stated “I asked you twice and you refused to answer.” I told her my window was up when I first pulled up the only thing I heard was a sarcastic comment of “have a good evening.” She then turned the speaker off (that she was yelling through) and walked toward the rear again and never took my order. I asked the first young lady who was wearing green for the store number and she stated she did not know. She yelled in the back and the other girl said she did not know either. I looked up the number on the internet gave it to both of them and came home and wrote this letter. This is absolutely atrocious behavior. My wife came home and looked up other reviews from other customers neither of us can believe that this type of conduct is condoned by the subway franchise nor the owners of this particular location. I hope immediate and decisive action is taken to resolve this matter and attempt to reclaim a deteriorating reputation that would appear to be more and more indicative of a company mission statement than random...
Read moreThey literally IGNORE you if you go through the drive-through. On the rare occasions that they actually acknowledge your existence and take your order, they cheat you out of the meat. For example. If the sandwich is supposed to have 12 pieces of meat, they only give you 8 pieces of meat. Sometimes, the cookies are so undercooked that they disintegrate if you try to take them out of the bag. The ONLY reason I still go there is because it's the closest Subway to my house. I would visit there more often if their service weren't so horrible.

The wait in drive thru, once at menu board, they had you wait before taking the order, wait before you tell them how you want t. Several people ended up going in and it appeared to be slow as well. I never got my order. I ended up leaving going to another subway. Maybe they were short handed, if so that should have been relayed. Will not go back there.
