White Castle — Restaurant in St. Louis

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. The manager was sooo rude, extremely bad attitude and on top of that poor customers service. They definitely should check as well as ask for customers recipient before giving out food… I mean that’s the correct way to do it. A guy walked up and took my food. I was right behind him about to grab my food, but who was I to say he did not order the exact thing as me so clearly I’m confused myself. So the young lady said it’s cool I will remake it for you, but honestly the way that they were acting it was clear that they didn’t want to remake my food because of a mistake someone else made. So after I received my food, the manager says to me “YOU SHOULD’VE BEEN QUICKER THAN THAT, YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE” that comment was behind rude, unprofessional, and very mean. All of her workers started to laugh and smile. To myself I’m only thinking was the manager rude and mean towards me because she thought I was a young teenager and probably thought it was okay to add that rude comment…. Well you can’t always judge a book by its cover. Lastly the manager was already being very rude to the guy working cashier, talking to him with little respect…. The food was hot but the service was slow, I only ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with bottom buns only. But the girl who took my order asked me numerous times if I wanted it regular and each time I responded yes 2 regular double cheeseburgers bottom buns only, so I waited like 15 to 20 minutes to get my food and thank God I checked it because she still put my order in as 2 plain or as she said regular cheeseburgers in which I was floored because she asked and I repeated my order several times. So I go back in and let them know these are not what I ordered an the cook advised me that the girl rung up my order without cheese but she went ahead and made me 2 burgers without an extra charge because I believe she heard me tell the girl double cheeseburgers. I gave the restuarant 3 stars because I got the right order with no extra charge but I still had to wait again like 10 more minutes for that so in total I waited about 30 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers which is really sad on their part. I grew up on white castles it was right down the street from my home at 5210 Wells. The white castles was on the corner of Wells and Kings highway.I lived there from the age of 8-17 but my parents lived there longer. I can remember watching the ladies put the onion on the grill and then the patties on top then the bread and then watch them box them. I always said when I grow up I am going to work white castles and believe it are not I did. WoW how times have changed. I will ALWAYS LOVE WHITE CASTLES ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😋😋🫡. All this was St.Louis MO. Now that I live in Texas I only have the pleasure of frozen but I'm grateful for that .You have to let the frozen ones thaw out then punch two toothpicks holes and microwave for ten to twelve seconds and then there I am back down memory...
