It's sad that when you patronize a Taco Bell located in a predominantly So-Called Black neighborhood, this is the treatment that you get.

This needs to be brought to management and corporate attention because it was done on the mobile app and happened at the store that is probably franchised. I ordered a Veggie Build Your Own Cravings Box (1 Cheese Quesadilla, 1 Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, 1 Medium Brisk Mango Fiesta -ice) At 11:26 p.m. through the mobile app to be picked up and drive-thru. I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 11:35 p.m. and told them I ordered through the app and was instructed to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and was told to pull around because the order was not ready. Now, mind you, it is just a cheese quesadilla, a burrito, and a drink with no ice. How hard was that, and I had to wait for other cars?

This is where it goes all wrong; I pull around and wait for about another 15 minutes, and I take a picture of all these cars going through, driving, and leaving, and my order still has not come out, and I'm knocking on the door. So I walked around to the drive-thru. Before you know it, I started having a verbal altercation with the cook, who was a Black Man with long locs, telling me to go to drive through and order my food. The girl that takes the order and needs both tells him that I ordered through the app and I've been waiting for my food. He told me I had to go through the drive-thru again to get it. I said I had already been through the drive-thru and was told to go around and wait. He said it's just two of them on the shift, and I'd have to wait, and he'll bring it out when he can. I told him why I had to wait, that he could serve every car that came through here, and that I'd been waiting almost 30 minutes. This is unprofessional. This happens when you lack management, understaffing, and training in dealing with conflict resolution and customer service. Take notice Taco Bell because these cancer-causing elements destroy franchises/businesses.

Again, this needs to be looked into, and I would love to have my money refunded. It's not much, but it's the principal. And be honest, if food is not made with love, it's food you should never eat. The energy that made it was highly negative.

I'm ♿ and so is my cousin ...We went thu the drive thu. 2 oder our food and they refused. 2 take 2 oder on drive thu...Smdhhfh...this is Luda Ludacris and observed I never in my life in a million trillion years heard of a person only taking one order to drive through answer me this why is there a drive-through then at the establishment when they only take one order and there are people out here that are handicapped disabled and some more of the stuff that cannot get out and walk into the established to order the food this is why they go through the drive-through the person in the Drive-Thru that was bringing up was rude and then Along Came the manager which is supposed to be the head she was more ruler than the employee that was taking you orders it was a mess when I tell you what's a mess it was a mess but how do I have my composure and left very unsatisfied and disappointed I would never go there again and I will put the word out to everyone that I talk to about the Taco Bell located on dr. Martin Luther King. I'm sorry located on Kingshighway and Delmar in St Louis Missouri they sucks big time they need to fix that who heard of that you can only Order 1 time through the drive-thru crazy get the hell out of here I will never go to that that place again!.... handicapped...

Just went here and I had a $100 that was pulled out of the ATM minutes before pulling up. Went through drive through and ordered. Got to the window to pay and handed the chick the $100. Mind you it was an older $100. The lady came back to the window and told me the money is fake and they wouldn’t give it back. The chubby shrek looking chick was sticking her tongue out. The “manager” was unprofessional and rude. Kept on telling me that I wasn’t getting my fake money back. I ended up calling the cops to come and get my money. I got my money back. But let me say this. You can’t be to smart if you say your calling the police due to fake money and I stay and don’t leave. Taco Bell needs better employees. All the girls in there need a job were they just deal...

The worst service on kingshighway and delmar and the worst experience as a whole. I stayed completely polite but this was just the worst. Never going there again. Crunchy tacos so soft and soggy my bag ripped as soon as I got in the house. Over the last 3-4 years I have yet to get tacos from them that isn’t broken/cracked or soggy. Shame on me for giving 4 years of chances. Skinker location is leagues ahead. Not getting my money at Natural Bridge again.

The worst service on kingshighway and delmar and the worst experience as a whole. I stayed completely polite but this was just the worst. Never going there again. Crunchy tacos so soft and soggy my bag ripped as soon as I got in the house. Over the last 3-4 years I have yet to get tacos from them that isn’t broken/cracked or soggy. Shame on me for giving 4 years of chances. Skinker location is leagues ahead. Not getting my money at Natural Bridge again.
