Conviction Chicken — Restaurant in St. Louis

This place use to be great! But in the last 4-6 months this place has gone down the toilet. We have gotten delivery from this restaurant multiple times and have been severely let down every time.

The last and final time we ordered we were shorted drinks and food. We counted our food by the way. Not only that it was burnt and what chicken that was even close to edible tasted off. I’m worried about getting food poisoning at this point.

After a reading the reviews and ordering $40+ worth of food, I can say it is pretty decent. The chicken fingers where a little undersauced, but there was plenty at the bottom of the tray. The fries are not overseasoned. It was delivered in around 30 minutes which is faster then estimated. The flavors for each where up to par, having a really good BBQ sauce is great. Highly unprofessional and low quality. This place delivered unsauced wings, sandwiches with none of the selected toppings or cheeses just plain patties and incomplete orders like missing chicken tenders or sides. This is horrible delivery of service and brand please do not spend your hard earned money in this pigeon coup. Seriously what is wrong...
