Crusoe's Legacy — Restaurant in St. Louis

I was really excited about visiting Crusoe's as this was the first time I had been to the "new Legacy" location. While I was looking forward to the same level of food quality and atmosphere, however when the group that I was with arrived, we were met with something totally different. The food was just okay ( out of bacon for the potato skins) and the atmosphere was totally different- this is more of a bar feel than a restaurant. Worst customer service EVER!!! First of all what kind of establishment that offers video gaming has a sign up (that you can't even see) stating that all customers MUST spend $20.00? Now if you want to attract customers, which is the lifeline for a business like this, you wouldn't tell someone that they MUST purchase ANYTHING! If a customer is spending money in any fashion it benefits the business! Otherwise why offer video gaming? Bartenders are very very rude and made our group immediately stop playing the games and leave if we weren't purchasing food or drinks....

I had the worst experience we got there when they opened she took our order first But didn’t get our food till last I had to be at the doctors once I got my food my chicken sandwich was not done so she said she would give me my money back she did not she did bring me another sandwich but it was much smaller and not enough fries or worth the money and I was out of water she did not refill drinks I would not recommend this eating establishment at all!
