I went to the kingshighway location a location I visit often purchase my items debit wouldn't print my receipt so I told the young lady cancel it out and send it to mu email well it wouldn't print and I guess the manager the owner he comes over with a very negative attitude as if the whole mishap was on my behalf instead of him being apologetic and say sorry he cause he don't know what happened instead he went in saying how long he been there and how he not trying to steal my little money and he kept repeating it but not realizing debit and credit is two different things debit means you automatically takes the money from my account somehow he miss understood his worker or they misunderstood what was going on because when it comes to debit and credit it's two different things well I have to return to the store and get my refund because you can't cancel a transaction that has already been process You have to do a full refund which is something they did not do,You can only refund the items and since I didn't get my merchandise I just want my money now because I do not like how I was treated and how he talked to me all I want is my money

UPDATE It's been a year now that I've been buying from this company and I have to just come and show my appreciation again! Their service is so speedy. If you order that day they ship it that day. If you order after their store hours they ship it early the next day! This is a 10 star store in my book with excellent quality products! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my shea butter needs!
