I want to love this place for the great pizza and proximity to my home but I am just very dissatisfied with the service. I've been here on two separate occasions, each on a Friday night. If it weren't for the great pizza we would have never came back after the first night. The first time we sat at the bar and we were asked about ordering upon sitting down but told the staff we had not yet decided. After that the bartenders never checked back in on us and it took multiple attempts to flag them down. It seemed as if they were avoiding eye contact with us. Because of this it took at least 15 minutes to place our order. The second time we decided to sit outside and ordered at the register which was much faster. On top of the wait time when sitting at the bar, one member of the bar staff was just incredibly rude. She air quoted my partner's drink order as if to make him sound stupid for the way he ordered his drink rather than kindly asking for clarification. On our second visit there we were "greeted" by her at the register by her blatantly saying "what do you want" in a very rude tone. The other bartender and owner seem very nice and...

My wife and I stopped in to try the pizza. It was a little different experience, but in a good way. We walked in and sat ourselves. We had never been here before so I stepped up to the space at the bar that had menus. The bartender/waitress got us 2 sodas and menus. I sat back down and we picked the Lichtenstein, a pepperoni pizza. We also decided on the Goat Cheese in Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce. I walked back to the space at the bar and placed the order. The pizza was a perfect size for 2. It’s a hand tossed style pizza with a great crust. I loved that the outer edge of the crust had just a little bit of char on it. The appetizer was also fantastic. Their goat cheese is creamy a full of flavor. The Arrabbiata sauce was spicy as advertised, but also loaded with flavor. The flatbread was perfect for this dish. Not only did we have great food, but they had a 3 piece band (piano, a bass, and drums) playing in the front corner. They played at a mild level not overpowering the room. Solid cocktails. I had their old fashioned, twice. My friend had their drink special which was a blueberry rosemary spritz and their aperol spritz. Both were well crafted. Of note: their rail whiskey is 4 roses. Take from that what you will. Their food was also really yummy. The chef delivered to the table and was clearly passionate and invested in what they are making. We had their Monet La Pie and their pepperoni pizza roll ups with marinara. Seriously everything was delicious. I really appreciate the enthusiasm everyone here has for what they're doing.
