Where do I start? From the front door; the staff acted like we we old friends from the start. We had been recommended by my cousin, Carolyn Tidwell who lives in St Louis. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. None of the 9 women had a complaint. Our bus was supposed to take us to two more spots but we missed our second stop because we couldn’t leave Gene’s! This was my first and last time going. The outdoor area was set up nice but overall the experience was lower tier. It was hot indoor and outdoors. The music was subpar and trashy. The drinks were mid level and they don't serve top shelf. They do have Hennessy, Don Julio, 1738 if you're into those types of drinks. I did not order food.
