I ordered from the IMO'S on 3441 Union Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63115 on 9/14/2015, I ordered two extra ranch salad dressings with my meal and when my order arrived, I did not receive the extra ranch salad dressing with my order but was charged for them. I called the store and spoke to an employee named Tamika and she told me that I would receive $3.00 off my next order as long as I call from the number I was speaking to her on and she apologized for the inconvenience. So I called today, 9/15/2015, to place an order, gave my information and informed the person that I was speaking to about the $3.00 off promised to me. The lady I was speaking to, who come to find out was the owner, Mrs. Worthy, said that she would need to speak with the employee who promised me this before she can accommodate me because she doesn't see any notation of this and the employee Tamika will not be in until later this evening. So I preceded to say, ma'am I just explained to you the situation and told you specifically who I spoke to and what was promised to me and yet I have to be inconvenienced again because your employee failed to notate this. She (Mrs. Worthy, yes the owner) says to me, yes her name is on the receipt and there isn't any notation. So now not only are you inconveniencing me again because I am at work and my lunch break is now, not when Tamika comes in but also, you are insulting me by assuming that I just got her name off the receipt and called in to receive something free, well at least that is how I took it since she stated the employee's name was on the receipt. I am writing this here and I am also going to do a review on Google and Yelp to let it be known that in my opinion this was very unprofessional, especially being that she is the OWNER and that she was not willing to accommodate an unsatisfied customer. I love IMO'S but I will NEVER order from this location again and I also told my employer/co-workers about this experience so that they know, if you place an order with them and they forget your product, make sure the employee that promises you this notates it or you will have to wait until they come in and the OWNER verifies it before you can receive your credit, after all you could've just got the name off of the...
Read moreThis location, is one of the most ghetto, unprofessional locations that has ever graced Gods green earth. How do you speak to customers who assist in paying your bills like they owe YOU something? Very disrespectful. I called to inquire about the delivery radius, then the chick (because that’s what she is) asked the address, then asked If it were a house or an apartment, I said apartment . She then asked if it were a two family flat or a four, I reluctantly said I don’t know, four? She then asked very rudely if it had four apartments, I said yeah, I guess. Then she asked are you there? I said yes, she asked how many apartments were inside? I said four, very rudely again she said it’s a four family flat then, I said no it isn’t but I’m not going to argue with you about whether this is a flat or not and she hung up on me. Luckily I didn’t have my car at the time because I would have gone up there. Not on anything violent but to set her straight because clearly she doesn’t comprehend that they/(she) are working a job that provides a service to the community and the community is who keeps them open. Service like this, is why Chinese people too, are so comfortable being disrespectful to their customers. Y’all have to do better during the hiring process, do some back ground checks or something. I’m sure this chick has a record and is from the east side projects. Community citizens, you have got to stop patronizing these businesses with poor to no good customer service. This type of behavior makes me wonder if they are tampering with peoples food out of spite. I think Bonquisha should be reprimanded or terminated. Yes, I’m one customer, but she was mighty comfortable hanging up on me, which further lets me know that she has done this to many other customers. My call was made on April 19th 2019 at about 10:30pm. This is not the last they’re going to...
Read moreIf I could do no stars I would. 1st of all I came from out of town with a group of people that were hungry and we needed something just quick and easy for everyone! Imo's is only good in St.Louis area... Staying in a Motel we ordered online everything was fairly easy. I spent about $100! Next thing I know im getting a phone call and the gentleman on the phone is an employee of imos informing me they will not deliver my food because it is a Motel I asked about a refund and he told me it wouldn't go back on to my card for like 3 or more days and that's is a whole mess to deal with so I told him I would come get it, he immediately hung up on him even though I was trying to ask him a question about payment and address. After trying to call back like 10 times to ask for the address to gps my way to pickup the food and no one would answer it was like they had the phone off the hook. The gentleman was very aggressive and rude on the phone with me it didn't get much better when I got there either. I asked about the delivery fee being returned he was just very annoyed. Im sorry but his job is to answer questions and deal with people he dont like it then he needs to find a new job!!! I am a paying customer and it's his job to serve me why does imo's a this by their employees its amazing this place is still open and that people in this area deal with that. I got here and even though my food was paid for and I told them I was co.img to get it they didn't start make my food till I got here. I'm at a restaurant and guest service is A BIG deal. The customer service was the worst ever I seriously don't even want the food anymore money and time wasted. Highly...
