No one greeted me when I entered this establishment. I ordered a whole chef salad; no salami, no ham, add olives, add turkey, add banana peppers on half of the salad and garlic cheese bread. The chef salad originally comes with salami, ham, roast beef, cheese and egg. The cashier, who I find out later is also the assistant manager, is who took my order. She asked questions to make sure she got my order right and informed me that there would be a 10 minute wait on my food. When the food is ready, I check my order to make sure it’s correct before I leave. I noticed there was no roast beef on my salad. I bring it to the cashier’s attention. She tells the cook who prepared the order. The cook comes to the counter to get a better understanding of what was wrong with the order. She puts her fingers in both my salad and the additional side toppings that were in a separate container. Anxiety and frustration instantly poured over me. Yet I remained calmed and requested that the salad be made over. The cook and the cashier takes the salad to the back. I could see the cashier putting on gloves to prepare my order again or at least I thought.. The cashier brings my food back to the counter. This time with extra cheese and a hefty load of roast beef. However, she never threw the original container of food away. She never even replaced the salad! Just added meat and more cheese to cover up the recognizable platter of salad. I asked if she could replace the side toppings as well. The cashier agreed and took that container to kitchen area. Even with that, she just added more olives which had some mayo on some of them and an extra egg which had hair on it. At that point, I no longer had the desire to dine there. My meal was being cross contaminated right before my eyes! I was so disappointed and upset that they would treat me that way. I asked for a manager and the cashier tells me that she’s the assistant manager. I requested a refund and was given a partial refund for the salad. There was another worker there whose shift had ended prior to placing my order. The worker kept telling me that if she was still on the clock, she would have made it for me. She also told me that the cook that prepared my order didn’t speak English and is Russian. The cashier/assistant manager is Asian but she could speak English fluently. Read moreIt only takes one negative incident to loose a customer for life. I called in an order for pickup. Upon my arrival, there was no greeting when I walked in the door. I stated my order, and an employee called off my phone number. I paid, and left without being told, "Thank you!" At home, I didn't recognize the meat, so called to inform an Imo's representative the order is wrong. I was told, "The keys are close, one thing was heard, and another hit on the keypad. I took the call. Just come back." I stated, "This is a complaint. I want a pizza delivered." The representative had conversation with other employees, and then said, "We're not delivering it. Bring it back." Although, I had pizza delivered in past years, returned and complained more. The manager had no common courtesy. He snatched the pizza box and told an employee, "Just give her the money." He walked away and placed the pizza box with other food items, which appeared being served. The employee apologized. I informed him that the manager is nasty, and was going probably to serve the returned pizza to him or another customer, which is not practice/policy/procedure of a restaurant with letter grade "A". Read moreWell over an hour for a $65 bill to get a salad with no meat but a $2 extra charge for meat. Only lettuce and cheese for a chef salad no veggies. Extra egg charge, but i have to boil my own eggs. No crackers. No croutons. No cutlery. They offer a regular crust but i found out it's just a burned thicker crust. Veggie sandwich is just soggy old veggies on soggy bread, didn't even attempt to toast it. No drink for a kids meal. My baby got a small slice and two packages of old goldfish crackers. This POS place is the only delivery in my area and from this point on I'd rather die than spend anymore money with this f'n franchise. No since in calling because I'm so mad and their customer service sucks on regular days, no need to get myself even more upset by talking to any of the ignoramuses in store.
