At least 85% of the time I go to this restaurant they get my food wrong and I have to go back and get it replaced. One of my family members works there, and when I can’t get in contact with the store—because they hardly EVER answer the phone— I contact that family member so they can let the store know it was messed up. Well I went in today to get something replaced—that I have video evidence of it being messed up—I was greeted with a hateful attitude from the manager that was upfront and was basically called a liar about my food being wrong. I work in fastfood, im a manager, I know that you’re supposed to be polite and understanding with each customer regardless of if you think they’re wrong or not. Obviously im not someone who says “customer is ALWAYS right because…no… but I will say if the customer comes in with video proof that their food wasn’t made correctly you should definitely just fix it and not be such a jerk. When my food was messed up I tried to call the store they didn’t answer so I sent the video to my brother and he sent the video to the group chat for the employees to see they messed it up and I would need it replaced. I did everything I could to contact the store I don’t believe I as a paying customer did anything wrong to deserve food that was made incorrectly and to be treated like a liar when I go to try to just get them to replace it. Absolutely do not recommend anyone visit this McDonald’s unless it’s your last resort and when you do visit it don’t expect to have your food made correctly. ❤️ wouldn’t let me post the video so here’s pictures from the video where I show NOTHING but meat and bread was on the burger when I wanted everything on it with no onion...
Read moreThey need to shut this operation down or wipe out the entire staff and start over. So tonight I went thru the drive thru. I was the only car in the parking lot. Ordered a double 1/4lb combo with cheese only large coke and a small shake. $14 I pay and they tell me to please pull to the end and they will bring it out to me. Why I’m the only person here ? Well I set there a good while meantime I watch them fill 3 other orders out the window. Then some boy brings an arm load of bags up to the window by the front walk. Asking me which order was mine. So this is like 15 mins later after ordering. My small milkshake was half a cup of melted milkshake and the other half of the cup and the entire dome cap full of whipped topping. Cold as hell fries and a burger with all kinds of stuff on it. If you cannot operate and get orders right when there are 4 customers in 20mins how can you handle a lunch or dinner rush? I had to through all the order away. Didn’t even want them to remake it they probably just mess it up again.
If you got any respect for the hard earned money you’re about to spend for food don’t spend it here. They mess up every one they make. Nothing but crackheads...
Read moreI am sick of the poor service at this location. Try to grab breakfast on way to work, but they hardly ever actually open on time. It's so aggravating because even after they're supposed to be open, the workers inside completely ignored the fact i was there multiple times. Tried calling to see what issue was at times as to why they weren't opening on time. They ignore the calls. Particularly this morning all of this happened, and I tried to use code for discount. Said code was invalid, even though it was current on thw app. Then they had me pull up to wait on my order even though there were no cars behind me waiting. When they finally brought my food out, forgot to give me drinks, straws and utensils. Food was underseasoned and overcooked. This morning is much like many other mornings.
