Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Stafford Township

Worst experience out at a restaurant ever!! As soon as we sat down our waiter came to the table asking if we knew what we wanted to drink and for an appetizer. I literally hadn’t even taken off my mask yet or put my keys down. We said we didn’t know yet so he walked away and came back within a minute we ended up scrambling while he was standing there to pick our appetizers. Within 3 minutes of taking our app order he was back asking what we wanted to eat. He brought out our apps and we didn’t even finish half of it (literally was in the middle of a bite) when he was asking if he could clear the table. We said no. He brings out our food and my boyfriend literally hadn’t even made a dent in his plate and he’s asking if we needed boxes. We said no we’re still working. That’s when I realized he never brought our salad out, he basically pressured us to get the to go salad instead of him bringing out the bowl while we finished the 3/4 of our plate that was still left. While we’re eating he brings out the to go salads, again asking if we were done, then goes you’re not getting desserts right? As we’re leaving I went up to the check in counter and asked for dressing as he didn’t give us dressing and the woman questioned me 3 separate times about needing the dressing with a slick attitude!! Then had the audacity to call out her server in front of customers. Although he was terrible, it’s not proper restaurant behavior to scold your employees in front of customers. Our food came out in a timely matter which was nice but it was watery and definitely not like the food at Olive Garden in Toms River. Our server came to our table too many times with no time in between to actually let us enjoy our subpar food and even hold a complete conversation. We felt rushed and couldn’t enjoy our one night out since having our baby. We will NEVER come to this Olive Garden again, instead we will take the extra 20 minutes to drive...

My fiance & I decided to go to Olive Garden for Soup, Salad and Bread Sticks for lunch. We were seated and then waited about 15 minutes for our waiter. ( I understand everyone is under staffed and I am very patient ) So once our waiter stopped at our table to take our drink orders we waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks to the table. We went ahead and ordered our food ( barely anyone in the restaurant maybe about 5 tables ) as stated above we got the soup, salad and bread sticks along with an appetizer. He took our order and the food came out all together instead of the app first... We waited about 30-35 minutes to get our food. We had 1 bowl of salad and we asked for another bowl of soup for the both of us and more bread sticks. So we waited another 15 minutes and we finally got bread sticks then he comes to tell us we have to wait for our second round of soups... So we waited about 20 minutes and at that point I got frustrated and just wanted to leave. We spent about a little over 2 hours in the restaurant to eat 1 bowl of salad 4 bread sticks and 2 bowls of soup ( 1 for each of us ) and an app and no refills on our drinks they sat empty. I LOVE Olive Garden and the food was great..for what I received. Went last night for Valentine’s Day for a quick bite, and our server was AWFUL. Was cursing at us, saying she’s happy we’re her last table so she can go see her bf. Brought me a peached iced tea instead of a peach Bellini (which was AWFUL) my boyfriend’s beer was FLAT! Breadsticks, salad, and soup was delicious, BUT too bad I didn’t get endless like I ordered. Waitress took my bowl and never gave me a second one. We order mozz sticks as well…HARD AS A ROCK. Was so over it because the server never came back after our food came out we just paid on the tablet and left. Will NOT go back to this Olive Garden which is a shame. Definitely should fire her.

I almost forgot to say what else our waitress did: 1.Spilled my boyfriends beer and just cursed and made ME clean it up with a breadstick napkin. Gave me a dirty plate Told us how much money she made that night (why??) Asked for red pepper flakes. Never came back. Did not offer cheese on top of anything. Just kept talking about her problems.

I wish I got her name, and I usually never leave bad reviews EVER. I used to work in the restaurant industry myself, BUT you need to know who you’re hiring ESPECIALLY on...
