I have never written a review in my life for anywhere. However, this time I have too. The Starbucks has screwed up my drink time and time again. Over and over. I want to say 8-10 times or more this year. I keep going back because it is the only Starbucks near me. Their prices are expensive so at least get the drink right. Everytime you go there, there is always someone new. They have no idea what they are doing. A lady asked if refreshers have caffeine because their child wanted to get it, the worker said “uh idk” not even “idk but let me find out for you.” How do you not know something simple like that?? I worked their for 6 months, very poor management. They treat their employees horribly. I heard a couple weeks ago a guy at Starbucks making drinks and said to his coworker “this is why people quit.” They always leave two people up front when there is way too many people to take on. Everyone waits for their drink forever because there is not enough staff. I am not blaming the workers, I blame the target for not training their workers, and treating them with respect. As you wait in line forever, you look at the “display” of food and there are ants crawling all over it and the display is very dirty. That is also a complete waste of food btw. The only thing I do blame workers for is the rudeness. I’m sure they are frustrated and overwhelmed. Making drinks for entitled people is not easy, believe me I know. My most recent experience, I waited at the counter for about a minute with the only acknowledgment being a glare at me for getting in line when they clearly had better things to do-watch coffee brew while I was the only customer. Once I was finally asked my order the girl said they had ran out of mocha for my drink and didn't offer to make a new batch as I would have waited for it. I had ask if they had a recommended substitute and then had to come up with a substitute for the drink as they were not interested in helping me. This location is the only one in the area otherwise I don't think they would have any business. If the closest location wasn't on the parkway, I wouldn't even mind driving 15-20 minutes out of the way to avoid. They seem to not monitor how their employees are treating customers when that is what Starbucks prides itself on. I don't think anyone really takes the time out of their day to write reviews unless it's this bad and it is, the only reason I've wasted my time doing this is so some type of management gets a reality check about how terrible...

My boss treated us to a coffee so I stopped in to get one, the blonde girl at the counter seemed highly annoyed I was ordering, I asked what kind of flavor shots they had, and i never had a girl talk down to me while ordering a basic coffee, she was extremely rude, another girl working behind her with brown hair was laughing at her rudeness towards me. The whole situation annoyed me, especially since I was excited my boss was nice enough to get us coffee as a treat on a Monday. I ended up just getting a black coffee cause the girls seemed extremely irritated that I was asking about the flavor shots, which I guess was still too much to ask for lol. After this experience I’ll be sticking to my Dunkin. Never again lol after working all day I don’t need the nasty attitudes, not only that I felt like they sabotaged my coffee, it was completely filled with grains, sucks that 4 dollar coffee went straight in the trash.
