I was all set to purchase a tv here, but BB closed at 6p.m. I wound up going to Target and purchasing the same tv. I have been going to this Best Buy for years. I had problems in the past with the Geek Squad. I had an episode where the Tech wiped out my hard drive in error and tried to return my computer to me with no operating system. I was told they could fix "Their error" for $100.00. I promptly reported this issue to the Corporate office. I have been to many many Best Buys, this store is fair. I have found that the employees are not well versed in the products they sell. I have been told some things that are incorrect. The employee was unable to tell a customer information regarding different e-readers and I wound up explaining these things to an elderly couple. The REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH HELPING ME FIND THE BEST TV THEY HAD IN STOCK THAT MATCHED MY SPECS AND WOULD LOOK EXCELLENT IN MY LIVING ROOM.
