The store is very clean and nice to walk around. However, I have a major issue with your cartwheel app. Having to scan everything I am buying is pain in the butt, especially if I have my kids with me. I would like to just get the right price, instead of having to search for a better price within your company through the app by getting a coupon or better online price.
I also had a major price issue with cartwheel. I scanned items I was buying and they scanned with online prices much lower than the store prices. One scanned at 7.99 with a store price of 14.99. Another item scanned for 29.99 with a store sale price of 34.99 (regular 39.99). When I went to checkout and scanned the items for the cashier on my app - the prices were suddenly matching the store prices. The manager refused to make adjustments since he did not see the prices that originally scanned on my cartwheel app (assumed I was lying?!). Additionally, he blamed my phone for updating. I am very suspicious of the cartwheel app now. Next time I will be screenshotting all prices so they can't suddenly "update" when I am checking out. I feel totally ripped off!!!! How many other items have I bought, not scanned, and left money on the table....

On this most recent experience, I placed the order online to have the baby gift sent directly to their home along with what was supposed to include my note of well-wishes to them. After more than 45 minutes on the phone to Target "Customer Service" getting transferred from one foreign-based agent to another, I still couldn't get them to understand that a gift arriving to someone without knowing who it's from, and also without the intended well-wishes, is worthless. I brought it right back in the door and instead of helping me exchange the rugs, the older, short gray haired woman just returned the 2 rugs and then made me rebuy the other one. Then I had to stand on the longest line ever that wrapped around the store while your teenage attendants stared at the line and shockingly laughed instead of directing people or opening up another register. This was all for self checkout, but you did not know until you got up to the registers. And only 2 other registers were open.
