Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stamford

Just like all other fast food chains in Stamford, this is another place run by low class people who could barely speak English and don't even have the slightest level of education, and as a result, they had no clue what they were doing and could not even get the simplest things right, so they ended up messing up your order every time. I once ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich and asked for extra bacon, they charged me an additional $3.99 for the extra bacon which is as expensive as the sandwich itself. I questioned them about the price but they said that's what it is. The next time I went there and ordered the same thing, this time they got the price right, the extra bacon was only $1, but refused to refund me for what I had last time, and later only did I find out that they forgot to put cheese this time in my sandwich. Oh well, the least I could do is to write this review and I would not recommend this...

There is an employee name shahnaz. She doesn’t know how to work for fast food. She has no manners. She is very rude and very unprofessional. She is always getting the orders wrong. If you try to tell her she got it wrong or she forgot something she says rude things. She gives attitude to everyone and does not show any respect towards the customers. She is always insulting the Customers. She should not work at a place if she is not happy with the job there is no good management. If they want Customers they should let her go. Shahnaz is always giving attitude to Customers when they say she wait their drinks or other order wrong. The manager does nothing when you go to him about...

Not good.....the people in line took forever and walked away with a coffee and one donut. Then I turn my head while waiting, patiently in line, and 2 more people snuck in place of the 2 that were standing there. It was myself and another customer behind me that said, hey where did they come from. The clerk had the nerve to wait on them. One good thing was her co worker noticed what happened and took my order. I was gonna get some munchkins but decided not to give you guys anymore of my money!
