Listen, don’t expect some gentrified Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks clone. This is a family owned business, and it has a real charm about it! The woman behind the counter genuinely loves running this business and it shows. Great bagels, and bagel sandwiches, all the cream cheese options you would expect, super friendly service! This has been my "go-to" spot for years. Her scallion cream cheese and poppy seed bagels are legit better than any spot in the city. Twice a month I come home for the weekend, and literally...... have to stop and pick up a bag of bagels and cream cheese. And FYI, I wouldn't think twice about taking an hour long detour through the Bronx if I thought another place could match Exit 9's products....
