Subway — Restaurant in Stamford

Is this the worst subway in America? It’s certainly the worst I’ve ever been to.

For some reason they loaded my sandwich with lettuce even though I didn’t include it in the order.

Get there to pick up my food and the drinks are warm and flat. There was no ice in the machine and when I tried to get Dr. Pepper, orange soda came out?

Tried to voice my concerns to the one employee there but she doesn’t speak English so that obviously went nowhere.

It’s been consistently pretty bad for a while but still would go in a pinch because I live close.

Do you know how inept you have to be to run a SUBWAY into the ground? Generational incompetence.

Well, subway it's subway.. I mean, the quality of the ingredients, it's not that great, but for a quick snack, it's acceptable. The 3 stars for this store, in this road, it's because the employee that works there, was fixing his bike inside the lobby. I worked inside fast food for a long time, if my manager saw me doing that, he would kick my a** all the way to my house and fired me. I know that for the COVID-19 there isn't a lot of people around. Only went to use my gift cards and the service was terrible. With one set of individuals the employee was able to speak in a different language and they engaged with one another, while the employee was disengaged when preparing my sandwich.

The sandwich was of very poor quality, the taste lacked and was improperly made as I asked for spinach not lettuce which the employee continued on with the sandwich. The meat tasted horrid, just the entire service from the employee paired with the sandwich was horrible.

Had half a mind to turn back and get a refund. Do not go here very...
