The food is okay. Certainly not close to being great. Their idea of a Philly Steak & cheese is pathetic! They use a couple bits of very thinly sliced steak which may or may not end up on each slice, the veggies are just as rare and the price just adds insult to injury. It's a shame because their dough is actually excellent imho. But, it just isn't enough.

I ordered this style pizza and asked them to go light on the veggies b/c another nearby joint LOADS up on veggies (& meat), & I prefer a moderate amount. Well, my pizza ended up with NO steak at all & no exaggeration-about 1 small piece of pepper on a few slices, a couple slices of onion and a total of 3 mushrooms. Crazy. Their desserts are yummy when they don't burn it.

Since I wrote this review things have gotten MUCH better at this location. Maybe there's a new owner and/or manager -?? Whatever has happened it's definitely been for the better. The last few times our food has been perfectly cooked and delicious.

The only issue I have is about their delivery hot spot near me. It is very dark and secluded! Not exactly a safe place to...

This location is ran by a bunch of incompetent children of whom have no customer service experience or drive to do their jobs efficiently. They charged me for 2 extra blue cheeses (so a total of 4 when I only ordered 2) unfortunately I found this out after I had paid for my order. I asked them to refund me the difference and with a stark attitude said that they couldn't do that (ridiculous) and that they would have to void my order and re-swipe my card a second time which I agreed to do but that I wanted proof that my original order was voided and she said her "system" doesn't work like that. What? Of course it does. You can't expect someone to swipe their card for a 25 dollar purchase twice without a voided receipt of the first attempt. That's ridiculous. It turns out the voided receipt did print out prior to having swipe my card a second time and that she was just being a petulant child. Don't take it from me read some of the other reviews. This locations needs an employee overhaul and management...

I ordered a pizza online at 6:30pm. It is now 8:05pm. I still do not have my pizza's. I call and you are now not answering the phone! Awesome customer service! Said no one ever. Happy ta take my money! Almost 2 hrs later and I have no food! So I drove to the store after I got the delivery. It was so cold my dog wouldn't eat it. I drove 7 miles to the store to return it. The manager Skylar, then proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I showed up with the wrong food, ice cold two hrs later. But yet my fault! For her ta tell me they have no chicken (the pizza we ordered). The two pizzas were not the hand made black box. And the wings being rubber. Yup, guess it was my fault for ordering. I hope this place burns to the ground. Worst ordering experience. Worst customer service experience. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN. Call Low's pizza.
