Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Stanley

I’m leaving a 1 star review because a very unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had with your delivery driver, Samuel.

First, when I greeted him at the door, he did not return the greeting. Basic courtesy goes a long way, and I expect a driver to at least acknowledge the customer.

Next, when handing me my bag of drinks, the handles of the bag were folded down, making it nearly impossible to grab properly. Instead of ensuring I had a secure hold, he simply let go, forcing me to catch the bag before it hit the ground.

Additionally, when he opened his bag, a ranch cup fell to the ground. Rather than attempting to pick it up, I had to pick it up myself.

When handing me my pizza, Samuel crumpled up my receipts and tossed them at me. One even landed in my front yard. He then proceeded to walk away until I stopped him and asked why he would throw my receipt on the ground, at which point I had him pick it up.

I order from this store frequently and have always had excellent interactions with the other drivers, who consistently demonstrate professionalism and courtesy. Based on those experiences, I know this store holds its drivers to higher standards than what I received from...

Honestly, I like the other dominos locations but this one is not it. I've ordered 4 times from here to give it a fair chance and 3 of the 4 times it's been bad. The first time I ordered a pizza and it sat in quality control for 40 minutes and I had to call back and ask what was going on. It was a delivery order so by time I got it it was cold, not cut all the way, and it was burnt. What is the point in quality control if your going to send out a burnt cold pizza. The second time I put my order in for buffalo chicken pizza and the regular stuffed cheese bread. The pizza was delivered cold and the cheese bread was made as the spinach and feta. The third time was okay. But the fourth time I decided to just go pick it up and I got there and they said it will be 3 more minutes. So 20 minutes later they brought it to the window saying sorry but I mean I waited 45 minutes and the pizza isn't even hot. I don't recommend this location. My stepdad just tried ordering there for the first time today and his meat lovers is literally black and not even cut. Pls do better. I ordered some food for delivery and I never received it my neighbor actually did and when I went to get the food from her it was already cold and then when I called the store the manager Alicia answered and I started telling her and then she interrupted me by saying I have dash cam footage of your food getting delivered for yesterday and the day before and I said ma'am I'm talking about June 21st and then she just pleads to start running her mouth about something. Every time I order from Domino's it's always a problem with the food or the service or the delivery and I'm sick of it and I'm tired of it and they're making it seem like it's my fault like no y'all need to get y'all stuff together. Then I proceeded to ask her if there was a headquarters or a place where I can make a complaint and all she kept saying was nope so then I asked if there's someone else I can talk to she goes nope and then proceeds to start running her mouth some more and I'm sick of always having to deal with her running her mouth about something instead of fixing the job and...
