I took my partner for dinner. I ordered my filet mignon medium well and lobster . when I got my meal the steak was dripping with blood I was not going to say anything but decided to. I received a second steak which was half the thickness. When the waitress brought it she had asked me to let it set for a few minutes, I did that, only to cut into it and it was the exact same one that I first had got, completely bloody. After that our waitress ignored us because she knew when she sat it down that the blood was pouring out of it. Our waitress never came back to ask how my steak was she had another waitress come over to take our money. I am not one to usually send food back but when I am paying $45 a plate I expect my food to be cooked the way I ordered it. They never did ask how the second steak was they just took my money. Read moreI just enjoyed the best dining experience of my life last night. The moment I walked in Pati made me feel like family. It was hot outside and nice and cool inside. They have the best iced tea I have ever had. The filet mignon was grilled to perfection, The scallop potatoes were so flavorful and the asparagus was firm and crunchy, I had to cut with a knife and I ordered a plate of sauteed mushrooms,they were a flavor explosion in my mouth. Desert was a decadent luxury, a hot fudge LAVA cake with icecream, along with the best coffee I have ever had, I was there for 2 1/2 hours and I so enjoyed watching the staff interact with the customers. I made special friends last night and I will keep coming back as long as they will have me. Read moreWe were up from Seattle and stopped in. AMAZING! I wish we had a restaurant like this at home. We started out with perfect gin and tonics. Such a yummy shrimp cocktail Usually it is just lettuce on the bottom, but this had a tasty salad and shrimp were big, firm and perfectly cooked. We shared a wedge salad that was the best my husband said he ever had. They served nice hot bread with room temperature butter - not the ice cold hard stuff that you can't spread. I had the steak that was cooked to a perfect medium rare - why can't I ever get it cooked properly in Seattle? The hubby had blackened halibut and so it was very flavorful.
