Arby's — Restaurant in Statesville

Food is ok , service is TERRIBLE! Visited yesterday for lunch @ the drive thru 2:33pm..happy hour..not...ordered 5 sliders and a small fry, all $1 items. Wanda at the window tried charging me $9.26. I politely explained that there must be an error, then was told no thats right ,in ghetto slang after a couple more back and forths im assumingthe shift manager came to the register and " fixed it" for $8.10. Is that better? Yes thats a little better but its still not right! After 3 times of her telling it was right i reluctantly payed the $8.10 so I could eat with 15mins i had remaining of my 30min lunch break.get my bag a smart ass heres your change, i circled the parking lot and parked to eat, opened my bag that had 3 sliders in it..looked at my reciept and i was charged for 6 sliders so back to the drive thru i go to get the rest of food plus the extra i didn't really want but done paid for. She says oh you done been gone to long, it was all in there. She then hollers for the girl that made the bag up,so now they're both at the window like hood rats arguing with me that she put the 2 buffalo sliders and the reg sliderin the bag..i said yeah you sure did only i paid for 6.well i took those off was Wanda's reply, so then why is it on the reciept showing i paid for it then..well you just need to pull up there out of the way I got customers behind you. All this took place while the manager stood 10 foot away talking on his cell phone..needless to say i didn't wait on the remaining food /spit and whatever...

I despise giving a rating of 3 out of 5 to a place with decent customer service. I mean, the staff was nice polite, and professional. However, my complaint mainly comes from the food itself.

I ordered the turkey sandwich, curly fries, and a medium Coke zero with no ice. The fries are amazing as I come to expect from the few times I ordered from Arby's, but the sandwich is where things fall off. The bread tasted fresh, but many bites was all bread and very little meats. For a fast-food chain that praise "We have the meats," I was honestly expecting more.

The only time I got a sufficient amount of meat is when I bit into the middle. The veggies with the combination of bread felt like I was eating a vegetarian sandwich. What's worse, the veggies weren't all too fresh either.

I know times are hard because of covid, but for $9.60, I could've gotten much more at other places (even subway right across). With more meats - the thing praised so much, this sandwich could've felt more complete.

My Mom and Dad came inside to dine in. After they ordered their food and were sitting in the dine in area. A very rude female manager told my parents they needed to leave .All because they did not have a mask on. I totally understand the rules about that. But it also states that if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing one. A business can not ask you to leave. However they were made to leave.My Mom tried to explain to the rude manager that she can not wear one due to her health.But the rude manager would not give her a chance to do so.
