Hardee's — Restaurant in Statesville

This Hardee's was the worst food place I've ever been to in my life. I mean where do I begin. We paid 20 bucks for two combos. I had coffee she asked for a coke. I get my coffee and it tastes 3 days old. She gave me her drink after I threw my coffee out of the window because it was so disgusting. The reason she gave me her drink was because they gave her tea instead of the coke that she asked for. The hash browns were ice cold so they went out the window as well. Our biscuits barely had anything on them and yep. You guessed it they were ice cold as well. And tasted like they had been reheated in the microwave before they were left to get cold again only to be handed to us to.... You guessed it. Get thrown out the window as well. No napkins or straws in our bag. So we didn't eat any of the disgusting food they served us. So Hardee's took 20 bucks from us and gave us disgusting old food. The owner doesn't need to reply to this review with a stupid link for us to click. I'm telling my experience in this review. If you want to reply to this review how about starting with refunding the $20 dollars that your disgusting restaurant took from us and gave us inedible food. Yuck 🤮🤢

Have always loved Hardee's I tend to think of it as a road trip restaurant, however over the last 14 years I've eaten at Hardee's more than the 20 years before that for which I've been alive. I've only lived in Statesville for maybe 14yrs, but that just goes to show how this specific Hardee's is a good one. It tends to be very clean, it serves as a great meet-up spot, it's easy to find, therefore it's a good location, the service does not take too long, but yes I do think the prices are a little high kind of like a Chick-fil-A type thing. I'm not really sure how much more quality to the food there is compared to the typical McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's, however I do know that it does have some better quality to it's chain of restaurants. Also orders do not get messed up as often as at typical fast-food restaurants. I also like how one can go through the drive-thru or one can eat in and the food is delivered to you, unlike most other fast food places. They have great shakes, biscuits, and chicken. Oh and don't forget french fries everyone loves french fries and who doesn't like chicken? I know it is a very convenient area for many manual or Hands-On/outside workers. I know many of them enjoy to go there for breakfast or lunch during the workday for their meals. I have had 4 times that my food was wrong. They gave me a chicken biscuit with cheese when I ordered a sausage biscuit. Gave me a gravy biscuit when I ordered a sausage biscuit. I love their biscuits over Bojangles, but I think I'm going to Bojangles. I've been waiting inside for 15 minutes for 3 sausage biscuits, all while the cashier is flipping his hair everywhere.
