Subway — Restaurant in Statesville

I went to the Subway in Statesville in the Shell station across from Sheetz. No one was in there when I arrived. A lady finally came and started my order. I ordered a 6in italian herb and cheese BLT, a drink, a bag of chips, and a cookie. The total rang up to be $12.55,so I was overcharged. The lady didn't give me my receipt and I paid in cash. She didn't give me my cup so I had to get her attention to come back. She did and gave me my cup. Then I tried to ask for my receipt to find out why the price was so high but she wouldn't and continued to ignore me and walk away to the back room. Even though I was still standing there with other customers. I wish I could provide my receipt to show proof but she wouldn't give it to me. Therefore, I can't even put in a review online. The food was ok but some of it was stale due to it...

Placed an order on line for 2 steak delux and one ham foot longs. The one steak was missing lettuce and pickles. One steak was missing cheese and extra mayo. The ham had oil and vinegar that was not ask for. None of them were on the chees Italian bread that was ordered. When I called after I got home and saw they were all wrong the manager said that bread is the same it just doesn't have the cheese. There is a phone number when you order on line that he could have called. He was very short and rude. Went by the next night for him to remake them but he would only remake one of them. Nobody was happy that night except for the Rottweiler and the neighbors dogs. The manager never even apologized. I wont be going back there. If I could rate less than one...

Gave a group of black guys free bottled drinks and then when I gave her my coupons she wouldn’t let me use them and told me the manager doesn’t let them give things for free or use expired coupons, yet she just gave a group of black guys free bottles teas… that’s pure racism. So if you can give them free bottles drinks and said it’s not a problem they won’t mind then you can use my coupons. She was rude and laughed in my laugh when I dropped my drink cup.
