Caldera Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Staunton

I didn't know I had to ask for my tacos to be on corn tortillas. Instead, I was given soggy flour tortillas. I went back and apologized for my assumption and asked for corn tortillas. I even offered to transfer the ingredients into them at home rather than have them remake them. After waiting over 10 minutes I thanked the Owner/Manager for nothing and went out to my car. He followed with the tortillas saying they had other customers so I had to wait. Why wouldn't you help the customer that had already been there first? How long does it take to warm 3 small corn tortillas. He thought the entire incident was funny. Sorry, folks, but this is not a very good restaurant. Carne asada and steak burrito were tasteless, and the meat was tough. My companion had no sides of beans nor rice with his meal. Beans and rice should be included sides to every meal at a Mexican restaurant. Corn tortilla was a wet mess and falling apart. The place is too loud. It took 45 minutes to get our meal. Also, it's time to get rid of tipping when a meal for two costs $78. Also, parking stinks....

We came here Friday afternoon (Valentine’s Day) after just getting married at the court house. We had a pretty big group 15-20 people at most. We called and let them know we were coming.
