Hardee’s — Restaurant in Staunton

Apparently the restaurant was shorthanded (3 people working), but that is NO EXCUSE to carelessly “complete” an order the way that they did. We paid over $20 for tacos and we got about 1 tablespoon of meat in each one. Very displeased. We have filled out comments in the past and have never received a response to them. “Customer service” at the stores and through their feedback website is just horrible. That is NOT customer service at all !! Hardees just keeps getting worse and worse. NO EXCUSES ACCEPTABLE! This is the worst place ever. Orders are never right and if they are they are no good. The manager only has an excuse of I didnt fix it. She doesnt realize everything that comes out of there is her fault whether she put her hands on it or not. The worst manager ever. Only go here if in a pinch because its the only place in town. Just keep driving people! Dairy Queen is on the edge of town or do like i do , there is a mc donalds just a couple exits away in both directions. 2nd time here. 1st time we were dining in. Ordered breakfast, they lost our order. We went to counter and was told it was lunch or money back. We took our money to a restuarant that didnt forget us. Today had hubby go pick up hot ham n cheese. He got back home, i opened the wrapper there was all 4 of the cheese corners. The chese was in no way melted. Maybe im wrong in assuming a HOT ham n cheese will be hot/melted... side note i microwaved sandwich for 11 seconds.
