Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Ordered 1 lb chicken tenders and a side of onion rings- $15.00 for overpriced garbage. Then I paid an additional $7.50 to have it delivered. The onion rings were OK but the chicken tenders were burnt to a crisp. They were dark brown with black charred spots on them and completely inedible. I called the store to tell them about this and ask for some sort of resolution.. either a new order or a refund. Instead I was met with a disrespectful and dismissive attitude by the person who cooked them. He said he cooked them perfectly fine, told me he can't help me, and said it didn't matter because they were "only $10" and I also waited 30 minutes to call and complain so it doesn't matter to him. He talked to me in a condescending way the entire time and finally I told him that I will just have to stop payment on my CC if he wouldn't resolve it. He then blackmailed me and said that if I put a stop payment on it, "watch what I will do with your credit card. I have all of your credit card information." his exact words. I asked what he meant by that and he said put a stop payment and wait and see what he will do to me. Obviously they are a lot worse than just a bad business with bad food....

we use to order from this location a lot .i never complain about food but this is a first. the last 2 times we ordered , it has gone down hill . the last time we ordered we noticed the mac n cheese lg. was filled half way n no melted cheese on top like they use to do , which we ordered 3 of them@ 4.95 a piece also they forgot our 3 cole slaws and tarter sauce's for 2 fish dinners @ 11.95 each n 1 seafood platter @ 13.95 . also the fish was very greasy and the fries where skimpy n limp . deciding to give them a second chance the very same thing happened but worst. no cole slaws ,half filled mac n cheese orders { 3 large orders } again and with no cheese on top again , no tarter sauce's or cocktail sauce's for the shrimp , very greasy fish n fries this time again and the food order was cool to the touch and the mac n cheese was just warm . after calling them they offered me a discount on my next order never even saying they where sorry . i do not think we will order from this location again after being very disappointed twice . WHAT HAPPEN TO THE GREAT SERVICE , GREAT FOOD , LARGE...

I normally order from Eastpointe Location, great food with consistency. I order from this location online and call to confirm, let me add the guy was rude and you could tell he was just done with his day of work[7pm] finally 45 minutes, I received my pizza. The delivery guy was nice and quick. I failed to look at the pizza because it all slid to one side and hit the top of the box. Boo hoo right, so then I fixed it slid it back then ate a slice and it was way over cooked. I had to give my dog the crust, or throw it out. I paid for flavor crust, am I suppose to lick the crust now for the garlic flavor then eat my pizza? Then how do you go about calling and complaining for a food delivery and trust it was made with "more care" the second time around. Sorry guys, you dropped the ball here. PS - After I leave my review, already upset, now I find they forgot my coleslaw. Damn fellas rough night? Or is this a day to...
