The worse service I have ever experienced by far! I have been coming here for the last 18 years and never have I had experienced such immaturity from management.
On my way to work as usual I use the app to make my order ahead of time taking advantage of the in app deals.
Today I was very shocked with the service I received, they explained that their system is down and they’re only accepting cash. OK I responded saying I do have a mobile order that it’s already in place and I do not have any way of canceling that order I will lose out on the money as this has happened to me in the past when ordering at the wrong location which was my fault.
I explained to the manager the experience I had in the past, and he insisted on only accepting cash. I trusted that this manager Word, And that the mobile order would be refunded On the app, if I were to pay cash. The childish Manager is displayed on the photo attached.
I stated that I have the cash and I am ready to take the order. I asked for my order and I received no response for about six minutes. I still received no response asking if there was anybody available. I thought no big deal. Their system is down there. Mic’s might be down as well.
Well, it turns out, they completely chose to ignore me as I approached the second window and waited there for an additional five minutes orders from the customers that were behind me. Finally, This lowlife of a joke This corporation hires as a manager comes to the window And says dude you’re holding up my line I I asked if I was intentionally being ignored as it dawned on me and his response was you are holding up my line you need to leave. I couldn’t believe the words that were coming out of this man’s mouth. Excuse me this child’s mouth. I asked where the disconnect was, and he chose not to respond. I told him that Google will be hearing about this and he responded saying you can take all the photos you want and I don’t care what you post on Google folks. This is the truth the experience I couldn’t believe and I’m sure you cannot believe as you read this , I thought it was being Pranked and he decided to just walk away Continue to ignore me after he said, I’ll be calling the cops because you’re holding up my line. Wow, just wow

Read moreEvery single time I've come here they get my order wrong they're impatient the cashier doesn't know how to do their job and I work at a McDonald's I know sitting at a cash register isn't that hard they're just being lazy and they aren't being trained properly because things like receipt coupons are something every employee should know if you do the survey online it gives you a code for a free sandwich and when I tried to redeem the coupon he just threw away the receipt and charged me for the other sandwich anyway but when I saw it on the receipt and tried to ask for the amount of the sandwich he told me i had to come inside to get a refund or any money back said and i qoute ' regardless of what i did you paid for it so you gotta come inside' basically saying i made a mistake but my boss thinks we're not getting drive thru orders out fast enough so she said you gotta come inside for a full refund but i wasnt even asking for a full refund i just wanted 6 bucks and the right order and when the guy at the window finally just got the manager he got upset that he was wrong and gave me dirty looks the whole time while the manager clearly isn't doing her job either bc she says 'oh they're just kids they make mistakes' I'm 17 i work at McDonald'stoo its not that hard thats an excuse. She's the one making the mistake she probably slacking on their training and doesn't want to admit that he wasn't trained properly. Then when I finally got my order it was wrong I asked for 2 big macs and a large 10 piece...the guy gave a 40 piece and a large fry after asking what my order was then couldn't even give me the right size drink which can only be explained by poor or a lack of training because the size on the side of the cup is for mccafe drinks that's not soft drink sizes bur you don't know that until...
