Read moreThe food here is so amazing that I forgot to take pictures! I finally made my way to their Sterling location after following them on social media for what feels like ages, and let me tell you—it's an absolute game-changer! I’d give it an 11 out of 10 and couldn’t recommend it more!
From the moment we walked in, the service was spectacular. We were greeted right away and felt right at home. If you think you know tacos, think again—this place elevates the taco experience to a new level! Usually, when you visit a taco spot, it’s just different meats with similar flavors. But each taco we tried was a unique journey for the taste buds! The flavors were rich and intricate, evolving beautifully with each bite.
And don’t even get me started on the nachos! The presentation was nice, but words can’t fully capture how incredible they are.
We indulged in the spicy pork taco, the Korean beef taco, avocado fries, the chicken barria nachos, and the fried Korean chicken taco. Each dish was a delightful celebration of flavor! This place has definitely set the bar high for tacos!
Have I told you about the drinks? They're top-tier. Most restaurants have generic bar-type cocktails; however, the craftsmanship and Mixology of these drinks are significantly worth noting. I had a passionfruit frozen margarita. We also had an infused mule, kiwi vodka and a Mojito cocktail, which were phenomenal. Management offered soju shots for the novices at the table. They did a great job describing the drink and thoroughly enjoyed being able to try a different beverage.
To say I’m a regular moving forward would be telling on myself. Still, I will be visiting this restaurant during happy hour and my weekly rotation of an amazing vibe, amazing tacos, phenomenal service, and great cocktails.
Also, if you are an '80s or '90s baby, the playlist is karaoke-inspiring; if you’re not eating,...
Read moreBottom line up front: this is not a big restaurant, it was not busy, at least three employees were spotted, and it should be very easy to tell when you have new tables, people are waiting to be seated, etc. Apparently that's too much to ask.
Three of us walked in for a late lunch, but there was no instruction whether to wait & be seated or to seat ourselves, so we waited a minute to be seated. No one came to greet us or even acknowledge our existence from the bar or cash register, so we sat ourselves in an obvious location. Waited a few more minutes, no one came to take our order, but we noticed some screens behind us where we could place our order, so we began doing that. At some point that seemed wrong, so I asked an employee what we're supposed to do, and she said the screens were only for takeout. She then asked if we were dining in and sitting anywhere, to which I responded yes and pointed at the table we'd been sitting at for 5 minutes. She grabbed 3 menus for us, but then a new group of people came in and she seated them before giving us menus. Finally she came over and gave us the menus, but immediately tried to walk off. I had to stop her so we could order drinks (water & soda). Another 5 minutes passed and no drinks came. The other table she seated before bringing us menus walked out for some reason, and we decided to do the same after another minute of waiting and never being served. Also, Kpop was loudly blaring inside, which was a bit too...
