Foods from different cultures fused together are a whole thing for me!! So this fusion taco spot, I’ve been to a couple of times, I highly recommend!! Let me show you what I’m talking about!! . Where I am: @tacochinozandbar . Location Reviewed: 20921 Davenport Dr., Sterling VA. . Items Reviewed: STAMP!!Their Pop Sodas ($11 each, strawberry soda, & mango soda with a creamy popsicle in them). Cold, carbonated, sweet, & tasty!! STAMP!! Their Avocado Fries ($9 Battered & fried avocado slices with Tajin dust). Hey…crisp, fresh, & savory!! LIKE THAT! Their Shrimp Burger ($12.99 with lettuce, tomato, spicy mayo, & Tajin). Crunchy, thick, & well seasoned! STAMP!! Their Bulgogi Burger ($12.99 two bulgogi spiced patties with lettuce, tomato, spicy aioli, & mozzarella on a brioche bun). Meaty, flavorful, & different!? STAMP!! Their Korean Fried Chicken Taco ($5 with mozzarella, scallions, sweet chili, Buldak sauce, & yum yum sauce). Well sauced, a flour tortilla, & cheesy!! STAMP!! Their Teriyaki Chicken Taco ($5 with mozzarella, yum yum sauce, scallion slaw, sesame seeds, & teriyaki sauce). A teriyaki chicken meal in taco form!! DELICIOUS. Their Mushroom Taco ($4.50 with Shitake mushrooms, vegan oyster sauce, mozzarella, yum yum, & a scallion slaw). An acquired taste, I just needed crispy shrooms on this. LIKE THAT! Their Soft Shell Crab Taco ($10 with a fried soft shell crab, aioli, mozzarella, & a cheesy crab dip on top). I’m not a huge fan of soft shell crab…but this taco was super crisp, cheesy dip, & well seasoned! STAMP!! Their Spicy Fire Chicken Bowl ($12.79 with seasoned rice, slaw, corn, kimchi slaw, & a Buldak yum yum sauce). Spicy, plentiful, & tasty!! STAMP!! Their Beef Bulgogi Quesadilla ($ with sliced ribeye, corn, peppers, mozzarella, spicy aioli, sour cream, guac, & slaw). Well seasoned, cheesy, with tender beef!! . Customer Service: On Point. . Parking: Decent. . Recommendations: Get what I STAMPED!! . I wasn’t sure what to expect with Korean/Mexican fusion, but it was very good! I tried three tacos in order to test their range- a beef birria taco, a nori sushi taco, and a beef bulgogi taco. The nori was my favorite. It was so unique. I’ve never had a sushi taco like that before lol. But the tuna was very fresh, the seaweed (I believe that’s what it was) worked surprisingly well as a shell, the spice level was just right, and the portion was great for the price. The beef bulgogi taco was good. It was almost too messy but the taste made it worth it. Despite being greasy, it didn’t feel too heavy, and the meat was well cooked. The beef birria taco was my second favorite. I’ve had some of the best birria around the country, and it was surprisingly good! Don’t expect 100% authentic birria tacos, but it was delicious and the meat was very juicy and fresh. Again, the portion was excellent for the price. I saw their reviews and had to try their food. I’m glad I did! I probably won’t be a regular because it’s not the healthiest option lol but I will definitely be back and from this visit I’d highly recommend you give them a try!!

We went in on a Sunday night at 8:50. They close at 10 pm. We ordered the fried avocado appetizer and cocktails. Then ordered “The Jefe” loaded fries, the pork belly loaded fries, and the birria ramen. All of the food was delicious! But as we were finishing our entrees one of the servers came by and asked if we were ready to close out our check. We said no because we were still eating and my husband wanted another drink. She said “we are closing in 10 minutes” (it was 9:50pm) The bartender was making my husband his drink and that same server walked by us at the bar and said “we are closing in 8 minutes.” I asked for to go containers and boxed up our food because she starting turning off the lights and music. I have never had a restaurant do that. We were very obviously finishing our dinner and would have been finished quickly. She was also loudly complaining about the tip she received from another customer. I found all of that to be incredibly rude and bad customer service. It was 10:01 pm when we got to the car. The rest of the staff were very polite and helpful. And the food was unique and delicious!

The food here is so amazing that I forgot to take pictures! I finally made my way to their Sterling location after following them on social media for what feels like ages, and let me tell you—it's an absolute game-changer! I’d give it an 11 out of 10 and couldn’t recommend it more!

From the moment we walked in, the service was spectacular. We were greeted right away and felt right at home. If you think you know tacos, think again—this place elevates the taco experience to a new level! Usually, when you visit a taco spot, it’s just different meats with similar flavors. But each taco we tried was a unique journey for the taste buds! The flavors were rich and intricate, evolving beautifully with each bite.

And don’t even get me started on the nachos! The presentation was nice, but words can’t fully capture how incredible they are.

We indulged in the spicy pork taco, the Korean beef taco, avocado fries, the chicken barria nachos, and the fried Korean chicken taco. Each dish was a delightful celebration of flavor! This place has definitely set the bar high for tacos!

Have I told you about the drinks? They're top-tier. Most restaurants have generic bar-type cocktails; however, the craftsmanship and Mixology of these drinks are significantly worth noting. I had a passionfruit frozen margarita. We also had an infused mule, kiwi vodka and a Mojito cocktail, which were phenomenal. Management offered soju shots for the novices at the table. They did a great job describing the drink and thoroughly enjoyed being able to try a different beverage.

To say I’m a regular moving forward would be telling on myself. Still, I will be visiting this restaurant during happy hour and my weekly rotation of an amazing vibe, amazing tacos, phenomenal service, and great cocktails.

Also, if you are an '80s or '90s baby, the playlist is karaoke-inspiring; if you’re not eating,...

Bottom line up front: this is not a big restaurant, it was not busy, at least three employees were spotted, and it should be very easy to tell when you have new tables, people are waiting to be seated, etc. Apparently that's too much to ask.

Three of us walked in for a late lunch, but there was no instruction whether to wait & be seated or to seat ourselves, so we waited a minute to be seated. No one came to greet us or even acknowledge our existence from the bar or cash register, so we sat ourselves in an obvious location. Waited a few more minutes, no one came to take our order, but we noticed some screens behind us where we could place our order, so we began doing that. At some point that seemed wrong, so I asked an employee what we're supposed to do, and she said the screens were only for takeout. She then asked if we were dining in and sitting anywhere, to which I responded yes and pointed at the table we'd been sitting at for 5 minutes. She grabbed 3 menus for us, but then a new group of people came in and she seated them before giving us menus. Finally she came over and gave us the menus, but immediately tried to walk off. I had to stop her so we could order drinks (water & soda). Another 5 minutes passed and no drinks came. The other table she seated before bringing us menus walked out for some reason, and we decided to do the same after another minute of waiting and never being served. Also, Kpop was loudly blaring inside, which was a bit too...
