We ordered four items I noticed one didn’t look correct so I asked the person at the window and he assured me it was correct. Once I arrived home and could look closely it actually was incorrect. So I drove back asked that they make it correctly as well as mine since it was melted due to the fact I had to return because of their error. I was rudely told no they would not remake mine as well even though it was their mistake. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the north 165 location. My wife and I stopped with some friends to get ice cream on the way back to Bastrop Louisiana. After the order came out the window the custard cone that our friend got fell off right in her lap. The girl serving us was so kind she provided her with another custard cone and a bowl to put the other one in. Did not charge us for the extra ice cream and both the custard cone and mslt were fantastic. We love Eskamoe's! When you got to have ice cream, full fat ice cream with real pecans and fresh fruit is the only way to go. People are so nice and helpful at the Sterlington Eskamoe's. One day asked if they could take the hot fudge my spouse can't eat and put on my dish, and they did! Plus they gave my spouse extra fruit. Whenever we have company we do an Eskamoe's run.
