I normally order from New China Garden, and the food is always great. The customer service on my order today, however, was horrible. I made a an online order and waited, I checked the order and it said unconfirmed. After waiting a little while, I decided to call in to see if they had received it. When the woman picked up the phone, she told me they had not received it and I proceeded to place my order over the phone. She then tells me they did receive my order, but it was different than what I had ordered over the phone. I had made mistake while ordering online and had not realized. I figured, no big deal, just make the order the way I had placed it on the phone. The woman then proceeded to be extremely unkind to me telling me that I should have called in to correct my order earlier, how should I correct an order earlier than I didn’t realize was incorrect in the first place? She scolded me like I was someone’s child. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer service over a mistake, as I am always courteous and expect to be treated the same way. Read moreMe and my dad ordered food around 5:21pm. We waited for about 50-55 minutes and still got nothing. We put a movie on and after 28 minutes of the movie playing, there was still nothing. So my dad decided to call and ask what was happening, the lady on the other end was very disrespectful and said that it had just been made and she was waiting for her driver to get back. My dad asked if it would be cold by the time it got here and the woman kept saying that it had just been made and than I believe the call disconnected from my end, so we called back and she said “do you want to come pick it up instead?” And my dad was like “no I don’t have a vehicle” and the woman said “then wait for my delivery driver.” And hung up before we could respond. The owner delivered our food and was very friendly. We will order from them again. The food is worth it.
They have the rudest female answering the phone. SO unprofessional. We specifically requested mustard sauce on the past three orders and we never got it. When my husband called to let them know the lady said, "he's not making a special trip to drop off mustard sauce. I'm busy; if that's all you wanted - goodbye." She hung up on him. He called back and asked for management and she told him he was out delivering food. If there business goes downhill, she's to blame. We will never order...
