I love this place but and I never had a issue and im regular of the the store I honestly had no issue and wanted help with getting the right thing after spending 180 dollars at the store the day before and asking the cashier if I needed anything else for the vape or whatever it is called because I never used or brought from the store the many of times I came and was told no and came in to buy what I need for 20 more dollars with no complaints just that I was told wrong to be told I was a lier and get dismissed. I could understand you being rude if I was asking for a discount or came in being rude but I wasn't and when I was told I was wrong about the half sell I said ok I could of misheard but I know I asked about the vape and was told wrong or I wouldn't be here asking you for help. I guess giving feedback isn't welcomed and telling customers it's ok your human is okay. I never received service like this from the store and sorry if you were having a bad day but I didn't deserve how you treated me when I wasn't being rude or trying to get anything for being told wrong. My issue wasn't with everything being half off on the weekend sale. And I wouldn't of had a issue with anything I came in and brought the piece I needed my issue is I was called a lier and dismissed and told it was on fault.I even was understanding of maybe she misunderstand me asking about it being half and if I needed anything to use the vape and answered no. I am not trying to start any drama on here. But I have to say I was standing outside tonight when all this went down. I am a EVERYDAY customer, I am sorry but not sorry to say but this customer "Mr.Karen" was definitely a problem customer before he even went into the store throwing attitude to myself and the other people I was with.
