Dunkin' — Restaurant in Steubenville

09/09/2024, 1987 Sunset Bvd, Steubenville, Ohio at 5:00pm I ordered and paid for a dozen donates through the Dunkin app, for Breakfast the following morning. 6 Glazed, 3 jelly, and 3 Boston cream. Dunkin Donuts is open until 10 PM. I pull up to the drive through window at 5:20pm, and they told me they don't have any of my donates left. Yet they were open for another 5 hours. I asked if they make donuts throughout the day, and I was told no... Instead of offering to give me my money back, or offer any solution. The manager was yelling and screaming out Drive threw times, instead of trying to empathize with my dissatisfaction. They ended up throwing what old stale yucky donates they had left in a box, tossed them out the window, and shut the window in my face. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. More worried about Drive Through times, than they are about helping thier customers... Please God bring Krispy Kreme to Steubenville!!! They didn't even offer to give me my money back... ...

I went to the wintersville dunkin donuts this morning and I ordered a iced latte which usually doesn't take long and I went inside and I can understand if she didn't understand with me wearing a face mask and it was early. It was an older lady that made it and I didn't say anything to her or anything, I could tell she was anxious and she was the only one making drinks and the younger girls there weren't helping her. My iced latte wasn't an iced latte it was more of an iced coffee which I wouldn't mind but it was strong and I like alot of creamer hence why I get a iced latte. I left 3 stars because I understand its early. But customer service on the phone didn't help they just said they're sorry they were busy but there were only 4 cars in the drive thru and me and my dad were the only ones inside ordering and I just ordered a iced latte with a caramel swirl with usually take long. I’m a regularish customer here. Food is good and drinks are too. I like some of the staff here, they are friendly and nice. Except one employee, who is somehow a manager, named Sarah. I did my digging around I believe these “good” reviews about her are her friends. Sarah is nothing but rude and nasty. I come in a few times a week and everytime I come in she’s rude to customers or talks about them behind their back. She gossips about how they look or what they order (real professional smh.) Not only to customers, but her own employees. I know the names of the employees she has talked about. She’s a big gossiper and has talked about employee’s personal lives, how they look, etc. It’s really unprofessional. I’ve written surveys about her and nothing gets done. I plan on going to corporate very soon hopefully she gets out of there. Very unfit for...
