By far the worst possible experience with Wendy's... My daughter went to get food for the house and the manager, Samantha was so rude to her it was unbelievable. After leaving her stand at the empty counter for half an hour she finally waited on her and didn't modify any of the burgers, ended up giving her no fries AT ALL and I think the only reason there were so many damn onions on literally everything was because the aforementioned modification was NO ONIONS on anything! I ended up taking the $40 order back to an empty restaurant and found the door locked at 8pm . I pounded on the door til a girl behind the counter came and let me in. The manager, Samantha gave me nothing but attitude as I Tried to tell her how rude she was to my daughter... Even tho the restaurant was DEAD she told me the reason they messed up everything but the frostys was because they were "slammed" ... ... I couldn't believe she actually said that to me.. I told her take her bag of onions back and give me my money back for everything in the receipt except the frostys and she did. I could not get her to even make eye contact with me the whole ten mins I stood waiting for the refund. I thought it quite odd that she acted as if we didn't attend the high school and for a period of time walked home from school together, with another girl. She acted like I was a complete stranger. Read moreWorst customer service I have ever seen at a fast food establishment. I have had multiple instances of rude employees and very long wait times. This will be my last visit. I waited for over 20 minutes for an app order that was supposed to be ready at the drive thru. The employee was short and rude and said she didn't see it on her screen. So I would have to pick it up inside. I waited at the counter for over ten minutes before I was even greeted. Two other customers walked out ahead of me without ordering, having never been greeted. When I was finally greeted and told the woman I had placed an order at the drive thru over 15 minutes ago and was told to come inside, she became rude and complained about how busy she was. I have had similar experiences here in the past but this was by far the longest wait. I will not be back.
UPDATE: They put enough condiments on my sandwich for three sandwiches and did not wrap it well so when I opened it, the toppings went everywhere. They also gave me the wrong drink and put the lid on only halfway so it was spilling out the side of the cup. Lastly, they didn't give me BBQ sauce that I ordered...

When I received my order I come to find out the girl who took my order upgraded me to medium. So I got a Dave's double and the burger had cheese on it but no onion or pickle. I got a double cheeseburger with lettuce, ketchup and mayo only and CHEESE which I DID NOT want. Called and talked to management (her name was Annie) and I told her the problem and she didn't seemed concerned at all. Told me to bring it back and she will make good on it. I told her I was already home and I'm not driving 25 min. to get what I ordered. I just told her Wendy's lost me as a customer and her response was "Thank You". VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
