Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Stevens Point

This experience was frustrating from start to finish. The online ordering process was clunky: coupons that initially applied to my order disappeared after I made an edit. When I reverted to my original order, I had to manually search for and activate a coupon.

After 5 minutes of waiting for the order tracker to start (it didn’t), I left for my 20-minute ride to the store for carryout pickup. There was a longer than usual delay to get to the pickup window, and I was asked for my name by two different employees. On a third window visit, I was told that half of my order had accidentally gone out with a delivery driver.

They offered discount coupons for the mix-up and asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes. While the complete order was eventually brought to my car, the promised discount was never provided.

The issues continued when I got home. Both the large pepperoni NY Style and large pepperoni hand-tossed pizzas were unusually soggy in the middle.

I understand that staffing or inexperience can cause issues, but basic expectations of timely service, order accuracy, and good food quality should always be met. This visit failed on all...

Ordered the garlic bread twists and got the Parmesan bread twists delivered to me instead. This has happened plenty of times. I got tired of this happening, so I ordered for pick up and went to check it in person before driving off. It was parmesan again. I asked them if they could make me the garlic bread twist and they said that “the garlic bread twist and the parmesan were the same.” This was confusing because in the app and the website they are listed separately. I eventually told them to just make me the Parmesan bread twists without any parmesan on it. Maybe they are the same items. If that’s case, I apologize for the bad review. However, if I am correct in them being two separate items. They need to train their workers to understand their menu better. We have had the correct garlic bread twists delivered to us from them before without any issues and the delivery drivers are usually really nice. But recently, the bread twists have been an issue. It’s a shame, I like dominos but now I’m avoiding ordering just because I don’t want to deal with them getting my order...

Look, are they perfect? No. Did I get insulted by a delivery driver once because of a misunderstanding? Yeah, and it still hurts so dylan from dominos if you read this I forgive you but BRO for real what was up with that? BUT everyone else, aside from their manager who when we called about that delivery driver,they acted like "well what do you want me to do about it?" ASIDE from that, manager and dylan excluded, they're such a nice bunch. Mixed up orders have been fixed, they've always communicated when things went wrong, prices aren't awful, and as for quality- pretty dang good. Is it like CRAZY good? It can be, but it's fast food! I know what I'm ordering, I know what I'm about! It's tasty, and I didn't have to make it myself. I love our Dominos okay? I work a lot and I am always tired. Having someone who's usually decently nice bring a food to my cave of an apartment makes my life a lil brighter.
