Got Screwed out of two drinks due to bartenders lack of attention.

I used to be a pretty regular customer, however a few weeks back definitely was a game changer for me. I had purchased two beers, for my girlfriend and I, and after waiting a good 5 minutes the bar tender failed to bring me any drinks. Clearly not ever having a drink in my hand, it was upsetting to say the least. The night was busy and in that time frame I watched her serve many, not handing me or anybody else a Bud Light, the drinks I had ordered that night.

I understand that is was busy, and I am well aware that most likely she had believed that she had given me two drinks, however her lack of attention is not my own fault, and I feel that I should not have been penalized for that.

In regards to the establishment itself, I explained the next day the situation, and how I had been screwed out of two drinks the night before. If they really wanted they could have checked the cameras and would have seen me not receive my drinks, however since it wasn't a big issue in their eyes I understand why that did not happen. Well if it's not a big issue, than what is wrong with simply giving me two complimentary drink chips to make up for the drinks that were stolen from me that night? The way the establishment itself handled the situation was less than to my own personal satisfaction.

I am a business owner myself and if a customer had come to me unsatisfied I would do anything in my power to at least look into the situation and try to make it right. These drinks were only $3 each, and I don't know what wholesale is on a single can for a bar, but at most if she had been right (which she was not) they then lost $3 that night, so for her to give me the beer that I was owed would not have been an issue for Graffiti's as an establishment.

Because of the ill treatment I faced that night I haven't been back for any reason, and moving forward I would prefer to give my business to other establishments in the area that value customer service. They have decent food and that is one of the reasons why they get 2 stars, as apposed to potentially 1, however other restaurants in the area are in my opinion better, so outside of when my friends pressure me to go to Graffiti's, otherwise I have no issue...

I've been here twice. The first time was 7/29/23, we came with a group of 8 people, the waitress took everyones drink order except mine, i had to tell here as she was leaving to get them their drink orders that i wanted a sprite. I had ordered their clam chowder soup which was actually really good, I also ordered a BLT, that was mediocre at best. The rest of the group ordered burgers and they weren't made right, one of the people from our group complained and got us a 10% discount. The second time my bf and I went 8/4/23, our waitress was newer, when I had ordered a mellow yellow for a drink she didn't even think they had it. I had ordered their clam chowder again which this time didn't taste like the last one but it was still ok. I also ordered a salad, if you want a chef salad you're better off making it at home. My bf ordered the deep fried walleye, he said it was good. I'm not sure if it was just me, but the waitresses we had both times were just paying more attention to the men I was with. I'm sorry but if you want to have decent tips maybe pay attention to everyone...

If you get a skinny girl with a short blonde hair cut just leave she is rude and talks crap about customers in front of other customers about her not getting enough of a tip... We got burgers and asked for well done it came out and my wife took a bite and there was blood when she complained they took it back in the kitchen to correct the situation bought the same burger out 5 mins later it was still red and bleeding it looked like they just put it in the microwave...i then called the next day to talk to a manager and i got the same waitress i asked for someone above her and she refused to let me talk to anyone else and she argued with me for 15 minutes before i became so frustrated and angry i had to hang up because she was yelling at me... I love this place but this waitress and the cook were the worst experience of my life and then having to deal with my wife being sick after eating raw hamburger wasnt awesome... I would like this fixed but im sure the owner or someone higher up wont be getting any...
