Drinks are good, food is decent and service is less than poor. In the last two times I went there they were less than pleasant experiences. My husband ordered fish and chips and on the way to the table a piece of the fish fell on the ground. He was told “a piece fell on the ground on the way to the table, hope you don’t mind”. I feel like maybe “Dropped a piece on the way to the table we are making up for that and it will be right out” would have been better. Last time I went in around 2:15ish on Sunday and as soon I walked in I was bellowed at “You better figure out what you want in the next 15 min because we close at 3”. I think “Hey guys! We close at 3 today, let’s get you guys settled and get your order in before the kitchen closes up!” would have been better. I’m not suggesting anything outrageous, just basic human decency with a side of manners and common sense. Who knew there was so little out there. It’s not the actual establishments problem that people out there like this exist. The fish thing can be overlooked, she was young and probably doesn’t know any better. The 50 year old serving all that attitude knows better. If I want to deal with attitude I can stay home and serve my kids something...
Read moreI keep trying at this thinking it's gonna work out but its such a hit n miss. I ordered the shrimp n chicken pasta with no green pepper as my daughter is super allergic. They lost my order after waiting an hour. Super apologized then cooked us the wrong order. Desperate to fix it I gave in instead of going somewhere else, got our food almost 3 hrs later cold. My husband ordered Denver omlet for me and it was soooio gooood! So a week later I ordered their pricey prefrozened prime rib. They messed up that order too. Dry, nothing on my lump of potatoe, missing auju and no napkins or anything. It was my work dinner so I used my fingers. $40 down the drain. Wish i could post a picture. Wings I ordered were awesome and thank god I didn't need forks for it. I think being more detail oriented might a big deal for a business or it might hurt someone with a simple slip up. But rumor is, the owner is a difficult person...
