However, this time im told by employee Casady, with a serious attitude "to make it sweeter, that will be .25cents an oz extra!" I was confused as Noone has ever said that at any of the flocos Ive been to, up and down hwy 93. I questioned her and she became more agitated insisting this is a policy. The attitude, extra charge for a sweeter drink, and cassadys unfriendly disposition has me avoiding that stevensville location all together, to get coffee. With all the coffee shops to choose from in stevi it wont affect me. word of mouth, and so many coffee shops available it's important to be friendly, and consistent to attract returning customers. I would check sales from last few months, compare them to this time last year and see if sales are already decreasing. I have a business on main street too, and I know how important customer service is for business. It was shocking at first, but then frustration kicked in as she kept the attitude and had another gal hand the coffees to us. Bad reviews are not something I do or take time out unless exceptional service, or real bad service. Last time I went I ordered the biggest blended coffee they make (it's $9!) and not only was the lady rude, but she made it iced instead of blended and refused to fix it. She told me I'd have to throw it away and order another one.
The coffee is too sweet and has a burnt taste to it.
