Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stickney Township

Liked this place until today when me and my boyfriend were sitting in here and bought coffees first and then after being in there for 15 mins bought some donuts as we were charging our phones it started pouring. The owner then proceeded to walk in with his wife and tell us to get out that he doesnt want us charging our phones and to get out? We asked why and were told " i dont want you here, charging your phones and stuff, too many headaches." ????? We had been sitting there quietly and we go there every day and buy at least 10-15 dollars a day and theres often other customers who sit on there laptops and do the same thing. We were the only customers in there besides 1 person ordering a quick to go order. It was incredibly rude so we walked home in the pouring rain. The workers there are incredibly nice but thanks to the owner we will never be going back....

I had ordered just a shot of espresso in an cup of ice with some milk, based on the app and what I have been ordering it should came out to around $2.19. So when I ordered via drive thru I was charged a triple shot of espresso totalling around $3.56 I thought it was a little weird. When I drove up, they asked was if I had ordered the triple shot of espresso which I corrected and said it was only a single shot of espresso. Still being charged that amount I had asked for my receipt which they mentioned would be given to me when I drove to the side and waited for my coffee. Never received my receipt so I guess I can't prove to them what I wanted versus what they charged me. I thought going to Dunkin donuts in the neighborhood would've been more efficient and priced correctly but I'll just take the extra mile and go...

I used to come here daily since it is on my way to work, but never again! I asked for a large decaf with skim milk and Splenda. I got to work and tasted the drink and it tasted unusually bitter. So I opened it and to my horror there was a crust all over my cup and lid, and there was some crust floating in the coffee! I called and spoke with Michelle Kosinski who identified herself as the manager. I told her what happened and she told me to come in so she can remake it. I am at work so that is not a possibility, and then when I asked her for the corporate number she told me she doesn’t know it! Not only am I going to make sure I let corporate know about this I am also going to make sure the health department...
