Maicos Bakery — Restaurant in Stickney Township

In a regretted effort to support a small business in my local area, I would hope that no one else make the mistake I made in choosing this establishment. The staff is rude and in error, choose to site language barriers as a means to not manage customer complaints.

I ordered a cake that was nothing like what I was assured. And once cutting it, I was even more disappointed than I could imagined! The cake was clearly burned tasted horrible! Very embarrassing for me in front of guest.

The bakery did not want to reimbursement me even after seeing the photos of the obvious damage! After some back and forth, they decided to claim half of the reimbursement, but them blocked my number at the time of me trying to secure the amount! I decided it was no longer worth the effort.
