Tequila Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Stickney Township

I don't know if this is true or not but word on the street is that the Tequila main chef used to be the chef at Jaliscos. I used to love going to Jaliscos maybe 2 a weeka because their steak was super good but then it changed for the worse so I stopped going there entirely. Then about 3 years later my dad discovered Tequila out of no where so we decided to try it. And I kid you not their steak has the same delicious steak that I remember.

Regardless if the chef is the same or different, it's the best around in my opinion. I always get a burrito from here. The cheese fries are really good too. 5...

My go to place up until recently. Not only have they driven the prices up from a few years ago, but the portions have gotten smaller. Not worth it anymore. There are better places to spend my money at that provide quality food with bigger portions, in a similar price range. I previously had read some good reviews about this restaurant. So, I stopped by for tacos while driving by. Well, everyone, I will never, ever stop here again. It is terrible food. The steak is not grilled, it is more like steamed. On top of that, it was horribly bland! It is a shame and an embarrassment to call this Mexican food. It's terrible. I warn you that you will be disappointed. The salsas tasted like they were going bad and they were not even home-made. So, even the salsas were terrible! They will not have my business ever...
