We went to have breakfast there about 1215 pm on 6/21/21. My wife and I have gone here several times over the years and have always had a great experience between the service and the food. Today was shocking! They were busy which of course is great to see and understandable as more folks are venturing out. So as they were busy, I went in and put our name in so we would be able to get a table when one was available. I waited for about 15 min and I saw an outside table free up. So I went and sat at it as everyone was pretty busy. Waited another 10 mins and a waiter walked by asked if I wanted water. Told him I had been waiting and was looking to order. He explained that I didn't read the sign and that I did not follow their rules correctly. He waited on a set of new customer's and made us wait some more. He came by again another 5 mins later and I asked if I could get a breakfast menu. He brought that menu back and said someone else would be with us soon. Waited yet again 10 mins and watched several customer's get helped. So I went in and asked to speak to the manager. Then I was told the mgr was too busy to talk to me. So I reviewed the situation with one of the other server's and how we were surprised and frustrated about what happened. Bottom line no one cared! This is amazing and disturbing at a place that has always been great in the past? Needless to say we will not be going back and will let everyone we know what we experienced. Very sad!
