Peace Love & Chocolate — Restaurant in Stockbridge

I recently visited this shop, drawn in by its reputation for delicious chocolate, which truly lived up to the hype—rich, indulgent, and absolutely delightful. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the customer service.

The lady behind the counter had a noticeably rude attitude. When I asked a couple of questions about the menu, she responded in a dismissive manner that made me feel uncomfortable, as if my questions were unwelcome or silly. Her tone remained sharp and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction, which dampened an otherwise promising experience.

It’s disappointing that such excellent chocolates are overshadowed by poor customer service. I hope this feedback encourages the shop to address these issues, as a warm and welcoming atmosphere would make this place truly...

My husband and I stopped in for a piece of chocolate mid day today. He got a turtle and I got a peanut butter cup. $10.00! $5.00 apiece. I and from New York city and used to expensive prices, but these prices are outrageous and I have never paid so much for a single piece of chocolate. On top of all that the lady who sold us the chocolate was abrupt and rude-not even a thank you. AND the chocolate was stale, hard as a rock.I do not recommend this place. Any other candy store...

This gelato/ coffee/ chocolates/ gift shop is under new ownership ! The new owners are very nice and the young daughter learning customer service is doing better than other shop owners that I’ve run into! Stockbridge is a town we visit often and enjoy!
