Service at this McDonald's is horrible the employees have a bad attitude they try to cheat you out your money, one employee will argue with you over the microphone and when you get to the window the person that was arguing will run to the back and 3 or 4 more employees standing at the window trying to charge you extra money telling you that you ordered 25$ worth of food but you only ordered 7$ then they blame it on the one that had the attitude, then when they do bring your order it's cold as hell but it's to the point now where you just don't care, McDonald's making all this money off us they run a multi million dollar food chain but giving us the employees that doesn't care about the people who put money in that food chain that's BS this store needs to get better it's ashame how they're employees treat people and the manager just sits on his high horse and let's the disrespect go on at his store when he's suppose to correct the employees even the shift leaders act like this McDonald's when are you going to treat your employees like family, I got to Burger King,KFC ,chick fil a, and these employees act like they been knowing me for years when it's our first time meeting why can't we get this service they need to replace this location with a steak...
   Read moreTerrible service! After driving off for 10 minutes we realized that the wrong sandwich was inside the correctly labeled wrapping. Our receipt stated Sausage McGriddle but we received a chicken McGriddle. We returned and walked up to the drive thru given the long line and waited for the team to remedy the error. I requested to purchase an additional hash browns and was told I would have to get back online. I argued that given the inconvenience, they should be able to assist me but the gentleman seemed nonchalant in not accommodating my request. He gave me my sandwich and I asked to speak to the manager. She never came to the door. I returned to my car and discovered that I was given the wrong sandwich again. My husband then returned to the window for them to correct it. He returned to the car and this time, two griddle cakes were in the wrapper with no sausage. At this point, this was ridiculous! I had to return to the window again and I demanded to speak to the manager. She came and offered no apology, just confirmed what my order was and walked off.    Read moreI went to pick up an Uber Eats order. First I waited almost 10 minutes to get anyone to wait on me. The young man the cash register was too busy flirting with the two young ladies who were ordering food. Then the young woman that come and asked me if I'd been helped and I said no started working on the order and then she comes and says to me we don't have any strawberry pie would you like to call him and I said well since you've only got apple let's just replace them with Apple and I sent the customer a message. Then she almost has it ordered together and she comes back and say it's going to be about 10 more minutes on the cookies that'll be okay on it? To which I said no it won't be I don't make any money standing here waiting, so I'm going to sign it and maybe by the time the next Uber Eats person gets here the cookies will be done and you'll have the order completed. They apparently do not train employees at McDonald's The way we were trained some 30 years ago 35 years ago actually. Surely all the videos that were used then are still available and even more now to train these young people on how to actually act and work and do. SMH I will not go back...
