Went in craving brownies and bananas. Since the brownie wasn't available (at the time I was there) the server and I came up with a chocolate cookie as an alternative. Added it warmed to my banana royal and it was perfect! My son also got a banana royal and added strawberry and pineapple topping with watermelon ice cream to it. He gave it a huge thumbs up! The treats were so large that we couldn't finish them. We were offered lids and a bag, and even a bit of help getting the lids on! The server was very sweet and asked if I wanted mine in a new cup since it had become melted and a little messy. I would highly recommend this location! I went in to buy gift cards. Nobody in there, the 2 young men there were just standing around as if they had nothing to do. I walked up to the counter and hesitated to put my purse down as there were nuts all over, and puddle of chocolate ice cream. I commented about how dirty the counter was but was ignored. After paying for my purchase I asked for the manager but she wasn't there. I said to the cashier that they should clean the counter as it wasn't becoming for customers to walk in and b waited on, on a dirty counter and they shouldn't b standing around as if there was nothing to do. Owner kicked out disabled person with a service dog because it didnt have a vest that said service animal. No questions, no concerns, no accomodations like taking the order online and picking up. You might not agree with the law, and ice cream is trivial, but the ignorance and audacity of this old man isnt even surprising anymore. It's unfortunate that so many business owners gave had to deal with poorly trained or untrained animals but it doesnt change...
